Set default color for adding text
Make it possible to set a default color in the menu:
Preferences > Content Editing
in addition to the already supported settings for font and its size.

We have to add text to hundreds of pdf documents each month, and we always have to change the color to know that was an edit added by our team. It is very frustrating to have to change the color on each individual document, it would make our lives so much easier to have the ability to set a preferred default text color for adding text. Thank you!

i label a thousand documents each month and i always have to select red font color before i start typing. i would like my Add Text to have a default font color besides black.

Stupid that this was removed. Someone from Adobe should learn how people use their software before removing seemingly basic features like this.

Can't believe that you took this option away. Makes me regret that I upgraded from prior versions that had allowed changing the default text color when adding text.

While you're at it, why do you add quotation marks to each bit of text I paste into a PDF? Don't you think if I wanted quotes to be there I could add them myself?

It is amazing how a simple inexpensive pdf editor that I previously had made this feature available by default. Adobe should have the option to set the default text colour when adding text. Please add this feature. As a side why is there no forum link in adobe in the help tab?

I want to default the text font style, color and size, not the defaulted red color. I just got an upgrade to Adobe Acrobat DC and that feature is not available. Good to know there are others wanting the same feature. Please bring this feature back. Thank you.

This would save so much time - please offer it! Each of my coworkers are an assigned color so we can see at a glance who added the text.

When using "Add Text" please let us choose what the default settings should be. COLOR, SIZE and STYLE at the very least. Such a waste of time to have to change with every document.
