Back and Forward Navigation Buttons in Adobe PDF Readers for Tablets
Dear Adobe Support,
This is to request a feature that would greatly enhance the usability and efficiency of your PDF readers. I am referring to the back and forward buttons that would allow users to navigate through the links and bookmarks within a PDF document.
As a researcher, I often read scientific papers that have thousands of links to equations, figures, tables, references, and other sections. These links are very useful for understanding the content and following the logic of the paper. However, without the back and forward buttons, it is very frustrating and time-consuming to navigate through these …

Reading Place History with forward and back buttons
When you are reading a long document, it's often necessary to jump around in that document. Getting back to where you were previously is difficult.
Furthermore when you are on a tablet device, it's VERY EASY to flip the page marker or scroll uncontrollably and accidentally move to some completely random place in the document! Oh the number of times I have done this! It's so frustrating!
Suggestion: Add back and forward arrow buttons like in a web browser. Save the place in the document each time the location changes. Each page change and each large jump. For long periods…

return from an internal link
When you click on an internal link in a PDF book, which navigates you to another page/section, then if you want to return to the previous view (that you were reading and highlighting in it) there is no way!
Finding it by browsing through the entire book or by selecting the section from a multilayered list of contents, sucks!
(You likely didn't even notice the current page number before clicking)Yes, you should bookmark the page you left before clicking on the link, but now which page have you just added to the list? It's not distinctive in the bookmarks!

Switch back and forth between pages
It would be convenient to switch back and forth between pages. As a student I have many books as pdf and I have to go through questions to its solutions again and again. Go to last viewed page must improve because when I go to last viewed page by tapping it I cannot go back to my original page, I have to remember the page number instead.

Dual Log in - switch between accounts
In the adobe sign apps on computers or mobile devices. A feature that enables you to switch between accounts.
I work with 2 charities both of whom have there own adobe accounts and both use fill and sign. An easy method to switch between both accounts would be so much easier than logging out and back in between each account frequently. As well as less time consuming.

Increased Functionality on Android (Buttons & Photos)
Key issues involve the functionality of buttons and the ability to take photos directly, within the form.
When developing a form on Adobe Pro you should be able to expect buttons created and the ability to access photos or take photos in the form would be transferable to an android platform.

On opening a file it first make a seperate copy of pdf file in internal memory then open it this causes too much internal memory usage.

I think it should just open original pdf rather than making its copy in internal memory first.6 votes -

enlarge page navigation buttons
I do a lot of document reading on my tablet and find the page up/down buttons too small (often have to push more than once or get the wrong button) and awkwardly positioned (have to hold the tablet and my hand in an unnatural position for continuous and efficient access.
Please could you enlarge the navigation buttons and either move them to the side / bottom of the reading pane or allow the user to customise their placement?
Mamy thanks

Make floor buttons customizable
Should be able to change/remove/reorder the four main buttons on the home screen (home, files, shared, search)
Or just add the delete button in there with them. It would be very convenient to have delete at the bottom of the screen especially when going through your list of files and removing ones you no longer need. Would be faster to have the option for delete right there on bottom of your screen.4 votes -
Hidden AcroForm buttons still clickable
There is a bug with Adobe Acrobat for Android concerning hidden form-field buttons. These hidden buttons are still clickable, while they aren't clickable in Adobe Acrobat on Windows.
How to reproduce this issue:
1. Make an AcroForm with one or more fields.
2. Add a button field and place it on top of one of the other fields.
3. Add an action to this button, like going to a webpage, so that you can see if pressing the button does anything.
4. Set the display for the button to 'hidden'.
5. Save the PDF and open it in Adobe…3 votes -

I do pdf to docx inside mobile acrobat app. Links are broken.
I converted PDF to DOCX in Acrobat mobile app for Android. (Android 14). New docx file contain broken links. They are seem legit in MS Word 365 (Windows 11), but when you click on them they lead to a 404. PDF links don't do so.
So my conclusion is that Acrobat doesn't work with links well, it breaks them. When you click on them in MS Word they lead you to a wrong link (link contain instead of # → %23).
Language of the document: Russian
Link language: English (of course)[sorry for my bad English]

Why does Acrobat disable the back and home buttons so the only way to exit the program is to reboot the phone
When I open a document, Acrobat now overrides my touchscreen buttons so I can't get to the back and home buttons. And there is no Quit or Exit command in the app menu. I'm stuck unless I reboot the phone.

Please support all fields types, including radio buttons AND CALCULATED FIELDS
Adobe Reader for iOS supports most or all field types, including calculated fields. Adobe Reader for Android does not.
I need my clients to be able to work with interactive forms that include radio buttons and calculated fields -- on their Android devices.
