Terrible Support Experience
Adobe can improve my experience by training your staff better. I was transferred to 6 different people and my issue still wasn't resolved. Agents 1-3 offered no help. The 4th person told me that he found my school's subscripton and would transfer me to someone to help me. The 5th person joined the chat just to say he was transferring me to someone else. The 6th person said my account and my school's account was free and there was nothing he could do. I know this is not the case because our technology coordinator wouldn't be able to assign us…

Adobe Sign's auto entitlement email sux
Adobe Sign sender email address is not my current address and it's a total pain in the asss trying to change it, wtf, i've searched help and tutorials and chatted and scheduled a call and now I'vbe been on hold with account management for a half hour

Remove participant from template
It should be possible to remove a participant from a template

Add signer while editing document
It would really save me a lot of time to be able to add/remove signers while editing the signable document. Some documents have a thousand fields you have to add, and when you learn you've missed a signer, or added the wrong signer, you have to cancel and start all over again.

Server Error
Certain types of email address throw an error. I've come across this with two separate emails now and they both throw and error. The latest is this email.

Let the app stay on up to 10 minutes
I have been using the request signature app for some time now. However, the program tend terminate your session after a few minutes- usually 2 to 3 minutes. This is a small window to be working with files especially when I can get interrupted by phone calls or other office activities. This is annoying and unproductive! Let the program stay on for up to 10 minutes before it shuts down due to inactivity

Military Signatures
When sending a document for signature to a .mil email address, the reciever is able to open the E-mail but unable to access the link. Is there a more military friendly way to ask for signatures?
