Adobe Sign's auto entitlement email sux
Adobe Sign sender email address is not my current address and it's a total pain in the asss trying to change it, wtf, i've searched help and tutorials and chatted and scheduled a call and now I'vbe been on hold with account management for a half hour
hellosign is so much better, this is obv totally frustrating
apparently it's an enterprise entitlement issue, when I started using Adobe Sign with my Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Sign pulled some ancient email of mine and set it in stone as the sender of every doc I send out to get signed. Who the **** is going to sign a doc I send when they don't know it's from me and don't recognize the email it's sending from because Adobe Sign AUTOMATICALLY FOR NO GOOD REASON AND TO ITS OWN FATALITY pulled my old email from a free trial back in 2014 or some **** like that PLEASE PPPL fix this!
