  5. Observed result

  1. Train your customer support agents. Like even just a little training would be helpful before you throw them onto the chat line. I went though 15 different agents for 4 hours across 2 days to get info that should have taken 10 minutes for someone to find on internal documentation. Extremely frustrated with this experience. The worst part of it all is that there was never an actual solution to my issue. I will be looking for a different product moving forward.

  2. I have 2 separate issues with templates for esigning.

    1- I have created a template for the 2024 W4, however every time I try to use the template for another employee it get stuck in the preparing file for esign and when I refresh the page it just says error has occurred. At this point I have to open the W4 new each time and redo the boxes/areas to sign and fill in each time, which defeats the purpose of the creating a template.
    i have been through this with customer support and I have re-created the template multiple times…

  3. When you use a web browser (Firefox, Safari or Chrome for example) you can obviously go to Acrobat Online (see Acrobat documents, see models and use some features as signing).

    However, the features are not the same on ipad or Mac/Windows. For me it is an issue because, when i use my ipad pro 13inch, the desktop is the same as a lot of nowadays laptop.

    For my personal case, I use a lot the creation of « web form » to recover some information before signing.

    When I do this on my ipad i tells me to download the Adobe Sign…

  5. I would love to be able to send signature request via SMS text messages. I enjoy using Adobe and prefer it over other signature platforms but I would love the convenience that sending docs vis SMS (like panda doc provides).

  6. After selecting "review and send", the "agreement name" section isn't taking left/right input from the keyboard. So if I want to change the cursor location, I have to either backspace or click on the location with the mouse.

  8. The E-Signature update is absolutely awful. How can I default it back to the older version?? Who think so these updates? It works nothing like the older version.

  9. Please revert the eSign back to the original format, the new version is not easy to use when you are using a mouse and keyboard. It takes longer to prepare a document for signature

  10. Help! In the new Adobe Acrobat, e-signatures, the updated process has the WRONG date format! When a document is signed, instead of Month/Date/Year, it's automatically listing DATE/Month/Year. My documents today Feb 8, 2024 are being date stamped as 8/2/2024. Please help!

    1. Place a date field in the document you wish to send
    2. Double click the field
    3. On the left panel look for Date format, here you can select the format you want to use.

  12. I used to be able to send preset forms out with ease now with the new verision of adobe it is so slow and I must change back to legacy, if not preparing form adds in field that I do not want automatically, and I am unable to delete these added fields.
    I am so frustrated, will look for another product

  13. The issue - signatures
    The receiver are forced to sign the extra areas which the sender did not require to sign, it did not happen before until around two weeks ago, what we can do to fix the issue, otherwise the receiver need to sign more signatures than required

  16. Will you restore some of the functionality of the Legacy E-Sign in the new version? I want to be able to drop word docs in, have then all sent in one batch, and then separately download the files with their same names and not have them combined into one PDF. The new E-Sign seems to combine all the documents before having them signed.

  17. The new version of Adobe Sign sucks. It crashes often and every time I try to change the signature field to a signature block including email it breaks and tells me retry over and over and over. It also doesn't remember the names of people.

    Please either change it back or test the software properly for bugs. This is using the web version.

  18. The update that was rolled out in the 2nd week of January has completely ruined my experience with Adobe Sign. I previously was able to electronically sign documents using my identrust and then send them out to employees to sign. However, this new update requires me to flatten the document before it can be sent out, otherwise I receive an error message about an unsupported PDF. The update has made it much harder to send documents through Adobe Sign because now I have a completely new step to complete. Please look into this issue. I was transferred five times through…

  19. The new e-sign setup combines files first and places them into one file. With the old version, I could have four files signed at once, and then separately download them with their same names after. Can you please bring this back? Overall very displeased with the new E-Sign version and will be using the legacy version as long as its available.

  20. Hi there, since you updated we are not able to add more files to a document we are wanting e-signed. So, instead of sending one we are sending about 4. We dont want to have to add them to the document we are uploading, as then we just have to go through and put all the boxes in for signing.
