Template bugs
I have 2 separate issues with templates for esigning.
1- I have created a template for the 2024 W4, however every time I try to use the template for another employee it get stuck in the preparing file for esign and when I refresh the page it just says error has occurred. At this point I have to open the W4 new each time and redo the boxes/areas to sign and fill in each time, which defeats the purpose of the creating a template.
i have been through this with customer support and I have re-created the template multiple times deleting the original template, cleared my history/logged in through edge, chrome, and incognito mode and it happens every time
2- another template that I have been using for a while has 2 pages that need to be signed. I've checked and each time it shows these two pages as needing signatures, however when I get the signed paperwork it only shows a signature on the last page.

- Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
- On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
- Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.
