For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I have been trying to send an agreement for 2 hours. I followed your instructions on your website. I get to the part where I fill it out.....it treats it like I am editing the template and not actually filling out the agreement. Your new site sucks

  2. I loathe this new interface. LOATHE it!!! It's made it exceedingly difficult to see who I sent documents to. Instead of having everything viewable like on the dashboard it takes forever to find anything. Change it back!

  4. Adobe Sign still doesn't work. I signed up for this subscription specifically for this feature and it hasn't worked for weeks. Adobe should offer some significant consideration for what is at best inconvenience. If this was a car, it'd be like everything looks and works as advertised while sitting in the parking lot, but when you go to drive- it doesn't move. Useless

  6. Can no longer change current signer with the latest update. This is incredibly inconvenient for situations where someone provides an email with a firewall that does not accept adobe sign emails or simply the user provides the wrong email address. This was such a simple process in the last version.

    Also the layout is so difficult to navigate. Sure it looks cleaner but the accordion layout with all the different categories was so simple to get to what I needed fast.

  7. The best way to improve the new product experience is to bring back the old produce experience for Adobe sign.
    So much slower to get where you need to be, harder to do multiple/consecutive documents, I still can't find where the completed documents are, no navigation on the screen, need to rely on back buttons in the browser. Really badly thought out.

  9. Thank you for creating a switch to go between the old Adobe manage system and the new one. However it would be great if it actually WORKED! I have not been able to get access to the old system since Friday morning. Now whenever I try to switch to it it, I get a message saying 'Adobe Sign is not available at this time'. This is ridiculous! Please fix ASAP so that we can run our business properly!

  10. This new interface is absolutely awful. I have had nothing but trouble and I can't even figure out when something has uploaded with another item. Boy, have you ever taken a gem of a program and made it difficult to use. I'm afraid that I am going to have to find another cloud share program as I am not going to be able to waste any more time.

  12. I do not like this newer version of Adobe Pdf Send!! The previous version was so much better and easier to use. The Send & Track Button has disappeared, you can no longer put a Company logo on the delivery email to recipient and it seems you have to attach multiple files a longer winded way, rather than just drag and drop files, add a title, email address and then Send. Files also when uploading seem to error so it takes several attempts to actually send. Please sort it out!!!

  13. Wow. This is pathetic. I figured out how to at least be able to send more than one stupid contract. YOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR BROWSER ENTIRELY and come back in. That is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

  14. While I appreciate the more streamlined and universal experience of the the new Document Cloud interface I am extremely disappointed in the loss of the Signature Management page. I can not find the documents I sent out for signature before July 8 and it seems as though I've lost some of the sharing and reminding tools I previously had access too. I am paying for this specifically for adobe sign capabilities and I hope you bring back some version of a signature management dashboard like you had before.

  15. this new site is complete garbage. Every document I click on sends me to the logon page when I click the review and sign button. Did this go through anything that resembles QA?

  16. If you have to leave a document and return to it during prefill, there is apparently no way to actually return to prefill. I had to look something up and when I came back, it was loading Adobe. Forever. I went back to the sign in menu, and now I cannot access the document. This new interface is really problematic, not intuitive, and not at all a welcome change.

  17. The old design allowed me to easily track the stages of my worfklow. If I needed to see how many people still had a document out for signature, easy! If I wanted a list of all those who had completed signatures for their documents, a piece of cake -- the list is right there! I can even send them a reminder! If I needed to go back and view a specific customer's information from their completed form, easy -- I can just find their name, click on their files, and bam -- their information was at my fingertips.

  18. The new redesign is much LESS informative and useful than the old one.

    In the old version, I could see a list of recipients for each stage of my workflow: completed contracts (i.e., a list of everyone who signed and completed); contracts out for signature; etc.

    That entire section is gone! You guys jacked up my whole workflow! Unless I'm missing something???

  19. the older version was much easier to navigate, the new Adobe Sign shows documents but not recipients of who they are sent to which is annoying when sending the same document to multiple customers, we now have to click on each document to see who it was sent to whereas previously it was shown right next to it.

  20. Once a document is signed, there is no longer a button to Send another document or go to the Manage agreements. You have to go the long way back to Document Cloud then E-Sign. Its a time waster.
