For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that the issue reported by you has been addressed. We request you to please try out the experience again and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

    It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

  3. My administrator has created and paid for my account and I can not access the account. It is a continual challenge with this account. Unacceptable.

  7. I bought the Adobe sign package for a year & i have not been able to use it ever since.

    I tried adding my sign & tried adding a doc for sign & all i see for hours is a loading sign.

    there is no live chat else any other user friendly & easy way of contacting somebody to fix the issue.

    my money is wasted & i am using alternate methods to sign my documents.

  10. When sending a document for signatures, the system keeps automatically highlighting multiple fields that I don't want highlighted. I need three signatures and dates but the system makes me delete 40 other fields that are automatically marked before I can send it.

  12. Hey there, I am confused at how to add the sender pre-fill area. For some reason while editing the template, when I switch to sender pre-fill, it switches all the boxes I just put as participant 1?

    Really weird. Hellosign makes much more sense.

  13. When I type a "Return" into the message field this causes the characters "/n" to appear in the message (Windows 10 PC). Can you please stop that? I would like to have the ability to present a message properly spaced without extra characters (I don't want) appearing.

  14. There is a file ready fo me to sign in the documentcloud. It is in the Home tab. When I select it and click "Fill & Sign" I am asked to upload a file. I don't want to upload a document, because it is already there and I selected it to be able to sign it but the system appears to have forgotten all that.
    This is a bug, right ? It makes no sense to me otherwise.

  15. Non riesco a compilare e firmare il contratto, mi si apre una pagina bianca con una rotella che gira all'infinito e la scritta "caricamento adobe sign in corso". Peccato però che dopo ore non abbia ancora caricato nulla.

  17. The new changes to the desktop and location of all functions is horrible. You keep changing thing in the name of improvements. But what you customers can function or use your product because of you changes I believe your going the wrong direction!!

  19. With the new updated layout, I can no longer select library documents when trying to request a signature, which is the tool/function I use most often. I had to upload a random file, to get the the normal request signature page, I then deleted the random file and added a new file from my Library. Could you add the Library Documents tab to this new window (see image attached)? It would make this whole process way simpler. It seems like it's supposed to be there but it isn't.

  20. This is awful! what did you do? I cant find half my files! Why do you keep trying to fix things that are not broken?

    On a normal day I create a contract in 5 min or less. Every time you change the interface there are problems! It takes me the whole day with multiple calls to try and figure out 1 contract! Just stop already.

    If you want to know how to offer a better service, just leave it alone, and keep the service affordable. End Rant
