For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I’m using the mobile version of acrobat sign. However it doesn’t work- and hasn’t been an app tye actually functions in 3 years. Is seriously no one product testing your apps? This is at least the 3rd feedback note I have left about this not working. Why do I pay so much money each year to not be able to access what is advertised?

    Within the app- when I try to send a document out for signature- I get the attached head screen- trying to take me to the app. But the buttons do not function.

    Hello Wendy,

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you please provide more information about it? For example if in acrobat the agreements shows in In progress section, if you as sender are receiving a confirmation email that the agreement was send, also if there is any error that appears after you send for signature will be really helpful if you can share it with us.

  3. Hi there, you have a fault with Adobe sign. When you open a PDF that has been altered and signed the changes to not show up on the PDF when opened in an iPhone. They show when opened on PC in Adobe but not on iPhone> The auto generated email with the document also does not show the changes when opened on my phone. This is a massive issue.

  6. when document is open and I chooose request esignatures, it goes to a blank pg. I must go to 'documents' tab and request esignature from there. This did not happen in the past. New glitch

  8. I placed boxes for signatures. The document is coming back with separate signature areas nowhere near where the boxes are placed. How can this happen?

  10. When I attempt to complete an e-signature on the desktop app or through my documents on my hard drive, it freezes and I am unable to complete. Is there a fix for this?

    Are you trying to complete e-signature on Acrobat desktop app? Are you trying to sign your own documents or documents sent by someone else? Does it happen to all documents or just some particular ones?

  12. How do I remove Lee & Associates from my account? Your emails to clients state "Certificate of Completion between Lee & Associates NCSD and Lynn Otto is Signed and Filed!". I haven't been with Lee & Associates since 2012.

  14. I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

  16. Hello!
    Our team has all been having regular issues with e-sign (among other things). It regularly will not load and says that it is unavailable. If we reload it several times, eventually we can get it to work, but often it will take an hour or two to load and be used. This has slowed our productivity quite a bit as this is something we use regularly.
    Can you look into this? Is there an compensation that can be offered for our wasted time in trying to get this service to work? Maybe a free month?

  17. I sent a document out for three signatures to three different email addresses. Adobe placed the first recipient's signature in all three signature blocks and told me "all recipients signed" the document. This does not work, people!!!!!

  18. The company and makes false advertising in the google search, where it appears as "Compact PDFs for free online | Adobe Acrobat (Brazil)", when clicking on the link, the company blocks the service through a window where it informs the subscription options.

  20. i was not given the option to do asynchronous signatures, but i should be able to change that after the fact. also if an email bounces, i should be able to replace it without restriction.
