For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. A recent updates has happened so the way I add multiple files to e-sign from the website portal changed and now once they're signed, I can no longer dowload them as individual files again. The Download Individual Files button is still there, but they come us as 'binder' files and that's added an extra step to saving these files , opening them back up in adobe to separate them and give them new files names, when they used to be just one click. Very annoying.

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either

  3. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

  4. The title of the document contained in the message to recipients should either not have quotes at all or the period needs to be inside the final quotation mark.

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

  8. I have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! I'm trying to find a way of contacting customer support for a half an hour now, but there is literally no platform to contact you for help! I hate this.

  9. The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.

    There are three major issues I've had with it:

    1. Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees.   10. This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

  11. When sending documents for e-signatures, it would be nice to be able to send documents from email addresses other than the email my Adobe ID is with.
    I run multiple businesses and don't want clients from Business B knowing my personal email or email for Business A.

    Many people these days have multiple email addresses.

    It would also be nice to be able to edit the email subject line when requesting an e-signature on a document.

  12. For electronic signatures, it has an error 70% of the time. During the 30% of time where there is no error, it says the storage limit is exceeded. I just signed up and haven't used any documents.

  13. Why can't I send out two templates? I used to be able to do so. One is my contract. And, the second is the attached scope of services. And, the scope may change for different jobs. This makes no sense. Please fix this.

  14. When someone sends me a digital signature request, the signature that is going into it is wrong and I need to correct it, but it has somehow become associated with my account. I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find a way to change it. This page promised to help me:

  16. Please fix the serious problem of eSignatures feature not working. When I try to use the esign or signature tools to approve a document, Adobe Acrobat freezes up and stops working. I have to run task manager and forcefully close adobe acrobat.

  17. Hello! My team recently noticed that the duration of the recipient receiving the document after we sent it out is significantly longer. Before this it was only about 5 minutes before they receive it in their email but for now, it could take more than 30 minutes. I'm wondering if it's a glitch that is being worked on right now?   18. Competent help desk folks, please. I usually don't have issues with Acrobat, but I did today, which interrupted my business. I contacted you in hopes that you would care that I have issues, but you disconnected on me after typing in "Let me pull up your account"... that's awful customer service!

  20. I freaking hate your pop ups. I can no longer x out of them, so I can't actually use your web app because I can't navigate to the correct buttons to proceed through the adobe sign process. They give repetitive and unhelpful information. They come up EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document via adobe sign. I don't want a response, I just want them to be turned off.
