Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. My document template won't load. I tried to open a few times and it keeps on loading. I already tried log out and login and even restarting my computer.

  2. When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

    Are you still facing the issue? Does it happen to all documents or certain documents? If you still have issues using send for signatures, could you please share a screenshot and a document that you used when the problem occurred?

  4. Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

  5. We are experiencing server errors whereby our data is not recorded. - that ticker/tracker says 0GB used out of 100GB .

  6. Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

  7. We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

  8. I am unable to Request signatures from our Corporate account. I can add email addresses but it will not allow me to proceed to the next screen to indicate where signatures are to sit.

  12. WHAT THE *, I SENT IT FOR SIGNATURE, I GET THE EMAIL CLICK THE LINK AND IT OPENS MY ADMIN PORTAL AND NO WAY TO SIGN THE * THING. SO FRUSTRATED I HAVE TO DO THIS YET AGAIN!

    Hi Heather,

    Sorry you’re having trouble using the product. You do have entitlements for Request Signatures but there was an issue with processing your recent entitlement changes. It’s fixed now and you should be able to request signatures. Please let us know if you still encounter issues.

  17. I've tried to send a contract 3 times, its failed and I got an error message.

    I'm now trying to figure out if any of them actually got sent to the client. How do I find that out?

    The contract is still showing as draft - does that mean it hasn't been sent out?

  18. the update to the document cloud is really bad and takes the product back 10 years. Please reinstate the old format and stop messing around with the product so many people rely on

  19. The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro

    This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.

    The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app
