Sign can't work, tech support can't fix it
Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

Debra, can you confirm your subscription prior to the feature not working? are you unable to send documents for e-signature after moving from an Acrobat subscription to Creative Cloud?
