1. Hyphen/Negative Sign No Longer Working

   When we type hyphens/negative signs into fillable fields they disappear when we click out of the field. This wasn’t happening 2 weeks ago. This is problematic if we need to quickly reference the files for eligibility meetings (need accurate scores). This is happening for all 18 users at my company.

8. Share webpage/pdf directly to a PDF Space

   I am a huge fan of PDF Spaces / but on my phone I have to do a multi-step process to save a webpage or PDF to a PDF space.

   First, I have to click “share” in the web browser. Then I have to click “create PDF”. Then I have to wait for the PDF to be created locally on my Acrobat iOS app and then I can finally click to “Add to PDF Space”.

   This creates two frustrations:

   1) too many steps for most users
   2) creates redundant copies of the same PDF (one locally saved on my Acrobat iOS app and the other saved in my PDF Space)

10. Add Standard Drawing-Tool Eraser Functionality for Annotations

    Please add an eraser mode for pen and freehand annotations that behaves like a standard drawing application.

    Currently, using the eraser can remove an entire annotation stroke or object. Users would like the ability to erase only the portion of the handwritten or drawn annotation that they move the eraser over, rather than deleting the complete object.

    Why the feature is needed:

    Users frequently make handwritten notes and markups with Apple Pencil. When correcting a small portion of an annotation, deleting the entire stroke forces the user to redraw content that was otherwise correct.

    A pixel/stroke-area style eraser would provide a more natural Apple Pencil experience and align Acrobat with the behavior users expect from common drawing and PDF annotation applications.

    Please add the ability to select specific pages from a PDF and share or send those pages, including their annotations, directly from Acrobat Reader for iOS without first extracting the pages into a separate PDF.

    Ideally, users could select one or more pages from the page thumbnails or share menu and choose an option such as "Share Selected Pages."

    Why the feature is needed:

    Our users regularly work with very large documents, including PDFs containing 600 or more pages. They may annotate only a small number of pages and then need to send those pages to another person.

    The current workaround of extracting pages and creating a separate document is manageable for smaller PDFs, but becomes cumbersome when working with very large documents. Directly sharing selected annotated pages would significantly reduce the number of steps required and improve the mobile document-review workflow.

    Please improve the responsiveness and overall feel of the pen/scribble annotation tools in Acrobat Reader for iOS when using Apple Pencil.

    There is not necessarily a visible delay that can be clearly demonstrated in a recording. The issue is the physical responsiveness and smoothness of writing and drawing. Users consistently report that handwriting and annotation in Acrobat feels less fluid and natural compared with other PDF annotation applications on the same iPad and Apple Pencil hardware.

    Why the feature is needed:

    Our users frequently review and annotate lengthy documents on iPad and rely heavily on Apple Pencil. Pen responsiveness has a significant impact on the usability of Acrobat for document review.

    Improving the smoothness, tracking, and overall writing feel would make Acrobat a more viable replacement for other PDF annotation tools currently preferred by users.

    Please add full support for Acrobat’s built-in PDF form calculations, such as Sum, Product and Average, on iPadOS/iOS and other mobile devices.

    My forms use only Acrobat’s standard calculation properties — no custom JavaScript or coding. The same calculations work correctly on desktop and should update reliably on mobile as well.

    Why the feature is needed
    This no-code solution is simple, practical and easy to understand. It makes interactive PDFs useful for inventory, refill forms, inspections, service procedures and other workflows where users work directly on tablets or phones.

    Full mobile support would make these PDFs far more reliable and user-friendly for everyone involved.

    I really value this tangible, code-free approach and hope Adobe will continue developing it across mobile platforms.

17. Bug report: PDFs are being sent from iOS app with hyperlinks completely stripped

    PDFs sent from within the app itself on iOs (latest iPad Air 13" running Adobe Acrobat Reader/Pro subscription) are sending via email and other means with all hyperlinks stripped. This does not happen if the PDF is sent from the actual iOs Acrobat files folder—just from the app. See attached technical report.

19. XFA file Editing on Adobe Mobile (e.g. IpadOS)

    Adobe needs to update the Adobe Mobile app to allow XFA file editing and signing. I cannot open, edit, or sign a XFA (fillable PDF) file on my M4 iPad Pro running iPadOS 18.6.

    It’s now 2025 and mobile operating systems are prolific in personal, government, and business use. It is unacceptable that Adobe hasn’t addressed this yet. This is NOT a device capability limit.
