9. Me cobraram um pagamento sem autorização na minha conta

   Há um tempo atrás fiz uma assinatura de 7 dias grátis para usar os recursos, após isso cancelei. Quando clico em minhas assinaturas no app diz que já foi expirado e que eu não possuo, mas me cobraram um valor no minha conta, que, além de eu não ter autorizado, não estava ciente. Entrei em contato com o meu banco e eles não reconhecem esse pagamento e falaram para entrar em contato com vcs. Quero meu dinheiro de volta, pois além de não estar usando os seus recursos, ainda me cobraram uma coisa que não existe. Não tem nenhuma assinatura na minha conta.

10. “auto-fill form fields iPhone.”

    Please bring back the blue auto-fill text suggestions for form fields on iPhone/iPad Acrobat. It made filling out repeating forms and vouchers much faster and more efficient. The feature disappeared after a recent update, and it was one of the most user-friendly parts of the app.

12. Add back the auto box fill

    Filling out documents now takes forever as you click on a box and the text box doesn’t go in the box so you need to move it . Also it remember old text you had put on documents. It doesn’t now so takes so much longer , this app has not got a patch on Fill & sign as you can see in the photos, the text box doesn’t go where you press .

    I would like to request a more convenient and faster way to move PDF files from the “On This iPad” section to Adobe Acrobat cloud storage.

    Currently, transferring files requires multiple steps, which can be time-consuming when managing several documents. I suggest adding a quick action shortcut directly in the file context menu.

    For example, when a user long-presses a document in the “On This iPad” section, a side menu could appear with a “Move to Cloud” option. This would allow users to transfer files to Adobe cloud storage instantly with a single tap.

    This improvement would significantly enhance usability, streamline file management, and provide a more efficient workflow for users who frequently organize documents between local storage and the cloud.

16. Better support for non touch screen input

    For heavens sake, please get past this notion that the iPad is only for users strictly using it with the touch screen. More and more users are using it as a computer work station. This is only going to increase with OS26.

    For example, I am using my ipad right now, hooked up to an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I have completely ditched my MacBook. Yet many of your apps just do not work well with attached input devices. For example, if I want to edit a pdf, I can click the edit button with my mouse, but I CANNOT mouse click on a text box to edit it. I have to now reach up from my mouse to the ipad and touch the text box on the screen. I can edit the text, but if I want to move the cursor location in the text using the keyboard arrows, I cannot. So once again I have to leave my connected keyboard and touch the screen to move the cursor.

    If I want to move an element, again I cannot do it with the attached mouse (or even the touchpad on the Apple magic keyboard attached to the ipad). I again have to abandon the attached mouse, keyboard, trackpad, whatever, and reach up to the iPad which is on a stand next to my monitor, just to move something in the acrobat document.

    Let me state this very clearly so you will understand. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE (AN ISSUE WITH ALMOST ALL OF YOUR IOS APPS). I HAVE ABANDONED USING CC AND HAVE TURNED TO USING OTHER APPS.

    I have been a loyal customer, but you have literally forced me to stop using your software because it is now virtually unusable in my workflow. And I can promise you, this is becoming the case with a growing number of iPad users.
