The file couldn’t be opened incorrect
I’m trying to view a protected PDF on email on iOS, but I have to put the password in 3 times and after that it comes up with ‘invalid password’ even though it’s the correct password. Then it will come up with straight after - “the file couldn’t be opened because it isn’t in the correct format” even though it’s a pdf. Help

Improved search function in iOS Adobe Acrobat
Using Adobe PDF search function in iOS application, It would be very convenient in a large PDF library of files if a searched keyword result(s) could indicate the source PDF folder name and sub-folder names that the keyword(s) is/are resident in. Otherwise, a great iPad application.

Email compromise on your adobe acrobat platform
My old email account is no more accessible thus I created a new email account and I am getting new files from my old one to my new one. My old email is tomasmanqueros@gmail.com. On the Adobe Acrobat platform I noticed that my old email is sharing files with me. How do I transfer a file from iCloud to ipad
I don’t see an option to transfer files from cloud to iPad itself. Also I can’t do any moving with folders, I have to go inside and choose each file individually. I have many folders created this is going to be very time consuming.

Problems with annotations
Whenever I attempt to save file in another app or location it saves the file but without all my additional typing I added. This seems to only happen at times. When documents do This, even printing the docs the added annotations do not show. When you go to print all the added info disappears. I have had documents that I have had info and I was able to retain info in document. The file I am currently trying to print and or send to my one drive is extremely important so I’m a little frustrated that it does not work.…

Microsoft Azure encryption
We are using Microsoft Azure protection but encrypted emails with acrobat pdf documents cannot be opened on the recipient end. Adobe seems that could benefit from aligning their encryption capabilities with that of Microsoft.

Account not updating/uploading
