  9. “define” feature doesn’t appear after selecting word

    After I select the word to be define, the only thing that pops up is “Note Text Freehand”. I’m sure it’s somtjing simple I’m not doing, but would really appreciate the help.

  10. Send Flatten Copy to Email

    Last update appears to have removed the ability to flatten a copy of the document. Is there an option for this somewhere within the application?

  11. Reader Extended Docs - Unable to draw

    Prior to latest update we were able to use the drawing tools on documents that were saved as "Reader Extended PDF's." After this update we do not have the blue comment icon on the documents when viewed on iPhones. If the document is not saved as reader extended, the icon is there and functioning.

  13. Canot see PDF in my phone shared by the cloud

    Hi there, from my computer, I downloaded a PDF from the government’s website, because is important, I uploaded to the cloud, I opened Acrobat App in my phone, I see the file, I click but I cannot see it.
    In the first message you see the same thing I have send in the picture.

    In the second message that opens up just after, is the classic advising window from apple, The message say that I need to install “Adobe Acrobat DC”

    I tried to download other Acrobat apps but, I don’t believe that I have to pay as you propose…

  16. cant find my orginial Adobe Acct from 2015

    My brand new HP and my Iphone6 were linked together my Adobe account , Microsoft had no problems updating & or installing apps at their leasure and I had that is had Adobe DC . I said had do to a forced reset of any & all of my electronic devices . My personal, finanical , Family pics and me & my fathers DNA results . PC is at clinic as I speak and he already found some errors with my Belarc Report. It shows my adobe acct updates ....... and I know that at one time I paid for…

    Hi,

    The last compatible version of Acrobat for iOS 10.3.3 is 18.07.30.

    Please go to the App Store app on your iPad, search for Acrobat Reader, and try downloading the app.

    When the App Store app displays the alert with the title “Download an older version of this app?”, please tap the “Download” button.

    The trick is to use the Apple ID that was previously used to download an older version of Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad.

    If the scanned PDF has not been properly OCR-ed, then we are not able to do text based annotations (highlight, strikethrough, etc.). We’re sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you.
