Folder has disappeared
After renaming one of my folders, it has disappeared in the App. Can still see it on the document cloud website. And if search for a file in the app that is inside the disappeared folder, i can find that file, but otherwise i can’t see any of them, as the folder doesn’t show up...

Hi,
First, please make sure to update to the latest version of Acrobat Reader via the App Store.
Is it possible that you are looking at the Home > Recent browser? Please note that it shows recently opened files, not folders.
(a) Go to Files > Locations > Document Cloud
1. Tap "Files" in the bottom tab bar.
2. Tap "Document Cloud".The screenshot attached to this thread: Files Locations.png
Do you see folders in the Document Cloud file browser?
If you still do not find folders in the Document Cloud file browser, please try:
(b) Sign out & in from Settings
1. Tap "Home" in the bottom tab bar.
2. Tap the Profile icon (the second from the right) in the top bar.
3. Tap "Sign Out".
4. Tap "Sign In" to sign in again.
5. Follow the steps in the section (a) above to navigate to the Document Cloud file browser.The screenshot attached to this thread: Sign Out.png
