  2. Help Me Please

    I have purchased the Adobo bundle package every time I attempt to edit my PDF fell it is asking me to subscribe once I hit the subscribe button it is informing me that I have already subscribed and I will not need to renew my subscription until 2020 so how come the app is not allowing me to edit my PDF document can you please Give me some type of help

  3. Dear, can you explain me why i got a bill of 12,09 euro. I never signer for this

    I got a monthlu bill of 12,09 euro from Adobe.
    But i dont know why.

  4. text search for Acrobat on IPad stopped working

    19.04.00 (20190411.111013). typing a search term in the Q field stopped working. I get no results on any pdf. Worked previously.

  7. I was trying the free trial, and could not get ahold of anyone so ,”Please Cancel and stop trying to take out of my account”. Also pay back.

    En la aplicación de PC yo puedo realizar un recorte de una parte de una pagina para después pegarla en otra aplicación, en la app de iOS no la encuentro. ¿Existe esa posibilidad?

  11. Sharing sometimes fails

    I have been sharing files with another person. Recently I shared 3 files similar to those with the same person and they never received them. Upon trying to share the file again it still failed. I have recently shared a new file with this person successfully. Why might these three files not share?

  12. Transparency issue

    There seems to be a bug with transparency in some files. Is this a known issue? Would appreciate a fix. In Acrobat for Windows this PDF is showed correctly.

    I paid the yearly subscription fee and I now tried to chose adobe to create a pdf and it brought me to purchase monthly adobe? Then what am I paying for in my yearly subscription?

  15. Renewed membership yesterday but was charged 3 times instead of once. I believe this occurred because I my account kept showing expired

    I believe this problem occurred because I repeatedly opened a doc as a pdf and each time it showed my account expired. As a result. It appears I made 3 payments instead of the single renewal fee. If that the case can the additional charges be refunded. Thank you. I’ve had this problem on prior occasions as well.

  16. Highlighting inserts little empty yellow notes

    When I highlight text, and then later open it in Preview on my Mac or within Files on the iPhone, little empty yellow post-it notes alongside each highlight, on the right page margin appear. If I should click or press on them, they disappear, otherwise they remain hanging there. What could this be due to? Please see attachment to get an idea of what it looks like.

  18. Sharing written remarks

    I use iKlip Stage application and In last versions of AR I can not share my remarks with it. Before it was possible when I use “sdílet vyrovnanou kopii “ in czech language . Now I cannot find some method for it .
