IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!!

Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel??? Stop giving the Apple link—I ordered directly from Adobe DC Pro.

I AGREE!!! I have spent ten minutes following link after link with nothing resolved! All I want to do is CANCEL!!! Extremely frustrating

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Since you are asking the question on mobile space for desktop product, may be the reason you got the link for cancellation for Apple.
I just checked your account and I can see that you have Adobe Acrobat subscription active, you may use this link: https://adobe.ly/2ivEBS3 and you may choose the section “directly purchase from Adobe”.
