Not able to open PDF file after the update

Hi,
The issue is with pdf hotmail attachment it’s says loading and after a while retry.
Dropbox attachment is opening fine.

Thank you for reporting the problem.

Would you please check the version of Acrobat Reader?

1. Launch the App Store app on your iPhone/iPad.
2. Find Adobe Acrobat Reader in the App Store.

Do you see "Open" or "Update"?

"Open" - You have the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
"Update" - You have an older version of Acrobat Reader. Please update to the latest.

Does the problem happen to all of the PDF documents that you are trying to open? Where are the documents stored? Are they stored locally on your iPad/iPhone or cloud storage (Document Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)?

Does Acrobat crash? Does it show an error message?
