I am a subscriber and have purchased a pack for a year with next billing date in May 2020. Still am not able to convert to PDF
I am unable to convert files to PDF
I have a subscription
Kindly solve this issue asap

If I try to subscribe I am told I have already subscribed till 2020

If I logon to the adobe website I am being shown that I have a monthly plan whereas I have subscribed to yearly plan

I had called up adobe customer care and the executive said that since I have subscribed through iTunes, and Apple has not released payment I need to unsubscribe and ask apple for a refund then subscribe again.
I did all of that, today I got my refund and tried to subscribe again.
I have been charged the amount and still am not able to convert files!!
The app is updated as well and keeps on crashing when I click on my account.
What are my options?
It seems like adobe charges me money for absolutely nothing!
I never expected such a pathetic and unprofessional, unreliable service from adobe!! -
Hello,
As the subscription is not reflecting in the application under Plans& products, sign out of the application and reboot the device. Then relaunch the application and sign in to Adobe Acrobat Reader application.
Try once to open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ in the browser on your device and check if you can access the services like Export PDF, combine PDF and other services included in the service.
Also, please check if the subscription is listed under "My Plans" on your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/If you need any help, please feel free to update the post.
