  4. Downloading pdf files from my phone

    I use to be able to download pdf to my phone once someone emailed me. Now I’m not getting the download arrow in the upper right corner. Is there an issue or do you charge now to download from a phone?

  5. Document font changes on IOS

    Hello

    I have a pdf where the main typeface is Times New Roman. When I open it on my iPad, the typeface changes to something I don't recognize, and it doesn't appear to be installed in the iPad. Wondering what this typeface is and where it's coming from. Is it installed with Reader? Screenshot attached.

    IOS accessibility options offer a feature to speak out loud highlighted text. Unfortunately Acrobat is missing this menu item in the popup when selecting text.

  17. PDF file will not print

    I am running IOS High Sierra. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed. I only have a problem with one website. My Bank Statement.
    I cannot print it. (I used to have no problem ) The PDF is marked SECUREd. If I go into the Lock settings on the side it says Printing Allowed. But it will not print.

  20. Stuck on Install

    I purchased adobe acrobat premium and it wont install onto my iPad. It gets stuck on the screen where it says purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation. But nothing happens, and the premium features aren’t available in the app.
