  3. Cancel subscription

    I want to cancel my subscription of adobe export excel and adobe pro dc . I already tried to cancel but there was no notifacation for cancelation.

  4. The edited acrobat pdf is not saved in the files . Can not access the edited one.

  6. How do I fill and download files shared via a link?

    I received files via a shared link and have very few options for them. Two glaring absent options are, the ability to download the files on my iOS devices as well as the fill and sign features.

    This update is a failure, compared to older versions of Reader by the way. #unsatisfied

    Please take a look at how PDF Expert provides service: much more user friendly interface.

  7. No directory

    Can not find any tap to show the directory of pdf files.
    Hoping you guys can fix it to help us to view the PDF better.

  8. Lost work due to forced password reset popup

    In the middle of editing a PDF I got a popup prompting me to change my Adobe ID password with no explanation. As I was working against the clock on a time sensitive document, I simply closed out of the popup. Acrobat DC then closed, with no warning, and without saving my changes.

    This is a terrible way to make software. Please do not force me to change my password ever, and for the love of god don't close unsaved documents without a user's consent.

  10. Selecting word bug

    When I press and hold to select a word the entire phrase is selected. This is frustrating when I want word definitions since I have to manually reduce the selection. Please fix. Thank you

  12. Option to Keep Selected Tools ON as Default in Adobe Pro DC

    Please, please PLEASE provide an option to leave a selected toolbar .. such as the COMMENTS toolbar ... OPEN as a default.

    I review and mark up pdfs of draft invoices ... it's a PITA to have to open the toolbar EVERY TIME I turn to a review a new pdf ... even having a group of pdfs open at the same time isn't a fix ... would be nice if at least THIS were an option (why not have the tools I'm using be available in the same window where I'm viewing the file? = rhetorical question).

  13. Remove: auto-capitalization

    When commenting, I find it tedious that I cannot turn off auto-capitalization. This should at least be an option for the user to turn off (maybe I missed it).

  14. Save text balloon comment even when not posted

    When adding a text balloon comment, the comment can be lost when I forget to post it, or accidentally touch the screen in any way. This can be very frustrating when I’ve just put quite some time in writing a comment, without pressing post. I would simply always save the comment, even when the "post” button has not been pressed.

  20. Application crash while viewing somewhat large pdf files

    I work at construction sites and the mechanical engineering drawings are supplied in pdf format. Recently I have experienced and issue where the app crashes while viewing the files. It seems to happen when I zoom in or scroll the file fast. The PDF files are opened and stored in document cloud. The files are very large in actual size, about a meter tall and couple meters wide, containing detailed drawings and plans. They are also mark with apple pen for remarks and corrections. Because of information security I can’t post any plan files to test with.

    I’ve tried uninstalling…
