Left-handed mode
Allow a preference for "left-handed mode". When using a tablet, it would be much more convenient to have the scroll bar and side panel on the left-hand side as I am left-handed and using a stylus to annotate.

We will evaluate and iterate on how Reader can be enhanced to support Left handed users
Meanwhile, we hope that as you get familiar with the new interface, you can be more productive & get more out of Reader.
