I've been using Adobe Acrobat Reader for a while now, and I think it would be really helpful to have a built-in integration with a premium document conversion service like kinepremium.com. This would allow users to easily convert their PDF documents to other formats, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, without having to leave the Acrobat Reader interface.
