  2. Remove AI Assistant

    A way to get rid of the ****** AI Assistant button and it automatically opening up every time I open a PDF.

  3. CTRL+F triggers AI popup

    The "AI Assistant" message still pops up every time CTRL+F is pressed. This obscures the document and there is no way to turn it off or dismiss the notification. Can this please be removed or something? It is extremely annoying.

  4. Save the last save location as the next default

    Please make it possible to keep a previous save location. It is so irritating to have to re-drill down to a save location when you have multiple files to save or if you always save to a particular location.

  7. Cancel the latest Chrome update [MAY 2023]

    Absolutely HATE the new Chrome extension. It loads slower, it has unnecessary side menu taking up space, it makes the zoom and page menus smaller, puts them on the side, and makes them harder to use when indeed those are the main menu items most of us use when reading PDFs. Just overall absolutely awful update, a colossal failure. Don't know who designed this, but fire them immediately, and cancel this latest Chrome update, as it is absolutely horrible, and will just alienate regular long-time users. Thank you.

  8. **** PRODUCT WE DONT NEED

    Faster downloads. Ive been waiting for 5-10 mins for a PDF to full load. some pages are visible and some are not. What a waste of my time. This is unacceptable. Why are we forced into using a product that is inferior to the original. Why does this even exist? Google + Adobe = ****.

  9. Have PDF open in Adobe NOT in Edge browser

    Q Following is a question on opening PDFs using the Edge browser. Adobe Acrobat is my default app for opening PDFs in Edge. The document opens in a new browse window. I much prefer the way Chrome and Firefox open PDFs: open using Adobe desktop app i.e. not in a browser window. With Edge, the document opens in an Edge tab, you then have to click “Open in Desktop app” and u then go back to your browser and close the document window in the browser. I sense there MUST be a way to have Edge behave the same way…

  12. Unable to save file I'm viewing to my computer. The only option offered is to Adobe Cloud . Changed setting to My Computer, had no effect

    Allow user to download a file to computer, rather than to Adobe Cloud Storage, or at least offer a choice. The settings appear to offer that choice, but when I change the Preference to saving files to My Computer, it does no good. I can still only save to Adobe Cloud Storage, which I haven't signed up for. Why wreck a simple feature that worked perfectly before??????

  13. SLOW SLOOOWWWWW...

    I would highly consider using Adobe Acrobat PDF extension for Chrome, if it's not a slow disaster like its current state is right now. Many people work around PDFs for business matters, and in business there's no toying around, time is money and happiness..!! Thank you.

    The Adobe extension for Chrome is terrible. I can't see how many pages are in the entire file, it's difficult to zoom in and out of a file, and the URL is complicated by the "chrome extension" language. This makes it difficult to reference a pdf file in scholarly writing, in coursework, or when creating a shortened URL. There is nothing about the extension that makes it easier to work with a pdf. It complicates tasks that used to be easy.

  17. Takes over 5 seconds to open PDF

    The new Chrome extension is VERY SLOW! It takes over 5 seconds to open a PDF from a link, and I have a VERY fast high-end computer. I will see if I can switch back to the old extension while you work out the problems.

  18. Remove or change the share text to whatsapp feature

    There should be a way to disable the "share text with whatsapp" feature, or at the very least, it shouldn't be in the menu when highlighting text and left clicking. It is too easy to accidentally do this when scrolling documents. Some content being reviewed in pdfs should not be shared to whatsapp, ever. The fact that this is applied to all pdf documents without a way to disable is a terrible feature.

    A popup comes up on the left side of the screen every time a new PDF is opened, which needs to be closed every single time, and obscures the view of the actual PDF itself. I'm not paying $10 to remove the ad, becuase that's extortion.

  20. Left Hand side Tool Bar please remove

    please get rid of the left hand side Tool bar that pops up every time you open a PDF. It used to be where you could close it out once, and then every PDF after that would not have it pop up. But, now every time it pops up
