Prompt for download location
I wish that the 'download PDF' button would prompt a 'save as' folder instead of auto-saving to the downloads folder. If I'm downloading a pdf, it's pretty certain that I am going to want it filed in a specific location. The current setup adds an extra step (save as from the desktop reader program) which I am prone to forgetting and clutters the downloads folder with extra copies of pdfs. I already have Chrome set to prompt for a save folder with all downloads, but somehow the Acrobat extension bypasses this setting. Thank you!

Actual pdf URL in address bar
It runs quite nicely in my browser, however one nitpick is that the address bar shows a cryptic extension URL instead of the actual URL of the pdf. This changes the icon of the page (which is often necessary for me to find a page quickly if I have multiple tabs), and makes it harder to copy the URL of the pdf to share it.

Please add or suit a dark mode
Please add (or support browser's) Dark mode. The bright interface really hurts my eyes in dark theme.

Dark mode please
This layout is nice to use, but can we get a dark mode version of it? The old Adobe Acrobat viewer defaulted to a dark screen, and this white background is jarring to my eyes.

Please change the URL display of PDF URL's to not display "chrome-extension://??? when displaying PDF's
The new Adobe Acrobat plugin in Chrome now modifies the URL to add "chrome-extension://????" before the URL in the URL bar which makes saving and sharing URL's much more complicated and greatly reduces the efficiency and usefulness of the plugin. Surely there must be a way to turn this off and go back to the old plug in functionality. This is extremely frustrating and makes the sharing of URL's for Adobe Acrobat plug in users more complicated and surely less efficient. I am a business user and this change reduces my work productivity.. something which should not happen in an…

Restore useful zoom capability
The zoom capability sucks! I cannot easily change the zoom level on my touchscreen, and there is no zoom percentage field for me to enter a level. This used to be a normal feature of Adobe Reader; please bring it back.

URL for PDF in Acrobat extension is not useful
It seems a real disadvantage that the URL is not useful, and can't be copy/pasted into a chat or email. For example, for this Adobe paper, here is the URL: chrome-extension://memepcobodlebmohdlfnjiaalggfcpic/viewer.html?pdfurl=https://arxiv.org/pdf/2012.09365.pdf

Cannot bypass Acrobat in Chrome
Please allow me to remove Adobe Acrobat from my Chrome browser. I adjusted my chrome settings to "Download PDFs" instead of "Open PDFs in Chrome" but they still open in Chrome. I have a paid version of Acrobat for my business and should not be forced to use the Chrome version as it is annoying and adds extra steps that I don't want to my workflow.

AI blows
AI is stupid as *. You should remove the AI assistant from the in-browser reader or at least give the option to turn it off. **** nonsense technology.

Stop with the pop-up menus
Stop downsizing the PDF in order to make room for all of the AI options. Every time I have to close Adobe's pop-up menu so I can actually see my file. Tx.

Remove AI
Remove the AI Assistant button. I will never use AI, my organization has stringent policies around AI and it worries me to even open business data now because I fear it's being fed into this AI nonsense. It's also just an additional button taking up space on an already cluttered UI. I should at the least have the option to disable it.

Take it back to the previous version
Whatever has been done to this has made it so much worse. PDFs used to open immediately and I was able to search and find what I needed in a PDF straight away. Now, when I open a PDF it loads like I'm on dial up, and when I search it may give initially give me a result saying "1 of 2" or something like that when I know for a fact there are at least 20 mentions of what I'm searching in the PDF.
Just take it back to the previous version of Acrobat in Chrome, there wasn't anything…

AI pop-up during search is annoying
The "Looking for an answer? Ask our AI Assistant!" pop-up that occurs when I use the CMMD+F search field is REALLY annoying. It is getting in the way of my work and I need a way to close the pop-up for the rest of my session. It is obnoxious

Chrome extention takes too long
Yes could you please Disable the welcome to Acrobat side bar? it takes too long to load, and the document won't load until the side bar has loaded. then it errors out and we goes to a classic adobe viewer.

URL sharing is weird
As soon as I open the document in the plugin, the URL is changed and when I share it people don't have access to it.
