2. TURN AI OFF - THIS IS HINDERING PRODUCTIVITY

   I don't know what is happening with Adobe but this has become more time consuming and frustrating than ever with all this AI **** keeping my account in a state of perpetual "refresh or loading" making my tools unavailable, my signatures will take forever to load, and the fillable fields are sometimes not fillable anymore and I'm forced to add a text box to edit what was previously fillable. So I end up unable to delete prior fillable data and when I try to add new text, it literally just layers it on top of previous info. This is crazy. I used to love this program and now I dread it. Can I PLEASE TURN THIS AI GARBAGE OFF? Simple things are taking forever because of this and I'm ready to convert to all Google docs/pdfs/spreadsheets with how time consuming this has become.

5. Recent files is useless

   I spent hours editing a document and when I saved it to my computer, it was saved but with 0 KB, a useless file. I tried to recover it from recent files but for some reason every file in existence was available except that one which was 'Marxism VLE'. Cheers for not saving the one file I actually needed.

15. Please improve PDF export so that even very long conversations (around 10 MB or more) can be saved completely without being cut off or trunc

    Dear Support Team,

    I would like to suggest an improvement to the PDF export feature for long conversations.

    When a conversation in an AI service such as ChatGPT or Gemini becomes very long, exporting or printing the entire conversation as a PDF can be difficult. If the conversation contains a large amount of content, the PDF conversion process may stop partway through, resulting in only part of the conversation being saved.

    This is particularly inconvenient for users who maintain long conversations for research, study, or documentation purposes.

    I would greatly appreciate it if the PDF export function could be improved to reliably handle very large conversations—for example, conversations containing around 10 MB of text and other content—without truncation or missing sections.

    Ideally, the system should be able to:

    Export the entire conversation from beginning to end, regardless of its length.
    Reliably handle large conversations of approximately 10 MB or more.
    Automatically divide a very large conversation into multiple PDF files if exporting it as a single PDF is technically difficult.
    Clearly notify the user if any part of the conversation cannot be included, rather than silently producing an incomplete PDF.

    For users like me who use AI conversations as a long-term research and learning record, reliable archiving of complete conversations is very important.

    I hope you will consider improving this feature so that even very long conversations can be safely and completely preserved as PDF files.

    I think the strongest wording would be:

    Feature request: Conversation-aware PDF export

    The current “Convert to PDF” option appears to export only the ChatGPT response. Please add an option to export the selected conversation exchange, including the user's preceding message that prompted the response.

    Ideally, the export would preserve formatting and clearly distinguish User and ChatGPT contributions. For research, writing, and collaborative editing, the user's preceding material is often essential context for understanding the response.

    Suggested options:

    Response only
    User message + response
    Selected conversation
    Entire conversation

    That's a very reasonable feature request, especially for the kind of iterative work you're doing.

    And I agree with your underlying point: the conversation itself is often the artifact—not merely the last AI response.

18. Acrobat in Browsers is terrible now. It slowed down just the process of downloading a simple PDF. And there are too many AI pop ups.

    It slowed my work flow a lot and there are way too many AI pop ups. On top of this, the company I work for, never agreed to have their PDFs scanned by AI. Is this AI scan even legal?

20. Feedback regarding the changes when downloading files

    in the previous version when i would download files onto my desktop, if the files were not named they would automatically be named statement.pdf, statement (1).pdf and so on. Now when I try downloading the same files, they're named weirdly like c0b60efb-00b3-4c68-9210-865870bd418b.pdf and so on. Can you please change back whatever changed to make this change not happen?
