    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this is the limitation of Fill & Sign feature, password protected documents cannot be edited using Fill & Sign.

    Hi Heather,

    Sorry you’re having trouble using the product. You do have entitlements for Request Signatures but there was an issue with processing your recent entitlement changes. It’s fixed now and you should be able to request signatures. Please let us know if you still encounter issues.

    I am not able to reproduce this issue. I followed these steps:

    1. Fill in the 3 page document using Fill & Sign (couldn't reproduce issue with text fields being placed on the top of the document instead of the click location)
    2. Navigated to Request Signatures page, added recipient, proceeded to Next step
    3. All of the fields created were on the same position as placed in Fill & Sign step

    I've tried this in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge browsers without any issues.

    May I suggest you try to clear cache and cookies and update the internet browser you are using and see if issue still persists?

    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there is no option to configure Replace Recipient settings in Acrobat Web via Global Settings. The pages you are referring to are Adobe Sign help pages. I will forward your suggestion to our teams if this is something that can be added in the future to Acrobat Web.
