Bad help experience
I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat. I am a brand new user and have faith that your product will be good for us, but my first help experience was not good. I think Felicity needs more training on etiquette and effectiveness.
p.s. since i'm not technically a paid user yet, i cannot access your phone help line, which is also frustrating in this instance.
