product fails to meet expectations
you had a good product and in the last month I have lost all the functionality. The latest is that I can't upload my pdf file.

Thank you for your feedback. Can you please specify steps that you performed and if possible, provide the PDF document you tried to upload so we can have more insight on how the problem manifested?
