An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Really sorry for the trouble you are facing here.
I would like to inform you that the button for Touch mode has been removed from being added to the toolbar from Acrobat DC onwards beacuse previously we did NOT automatically detect touch devices. So users had to enable touch mode manually.
In Acrobat DC, we detect touch devices and enable touch mode accordingly. So no need to have a UI button.I've asked respective team to kindly update these details in the Helpx page provided by you.
Let me know for any further ask here.
Thanks

We are delighted to share with you that Acrobat and Reader Desktop release for DC Continuous (21.007.20091) is Live now and this Takes care of the Feature Request to Change the Display Size of the Acrobat without changing the Scaling/Resolution of the machine. This can be Done from “View” → “Display Size”. For now this is avaialble for windows only.
More Info Here : https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new.html and go to “Change Acrobat Display Size”
Please update your Acrobat (It should Auto update or you should do Help → Check for updates) and let us know your Feedback.

Ayush JainAn error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Thanks for Reaching out to us for your concerns.
I would like to let you know that that Show/hide setting for Tools pane is already persistent in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC.
If for a session, you've collapsed the tools pane, then from next session onwards, it will appear as collapsed for every pdf launch.ForShow/hide sessting of Navigation panes, if you wish any particular navigation pane to be open for you for evry pdf launch, you can open that navigation pane in the navigation strip -> Right click on the navigation strip and select "Pin ...." to pin that navigation pane. this is how that particular pane will always appear as open for you for every pdf launch.
Let me know for any further ask here ?
Thanks

Thanks for Reaching out to us for your Queries.
If you are talking about the Custom dialog( that has Recent, Document Cloud, Add account etc. Panes on the left side) to Open/Save any pdf , you can always choose to turn it off whenever you wish to Open/Save any file. Here is how you can use the default Windows File open/Save dialog in acrobat
1) go to Edit -> Preferences -> General -> Basic Tools
2) Deselect the checkbox that says "Show Online Storage when Opening Files" and "Show Online Storage when Saving Files".
3) Try File open/Save as again. Now you will always see only the Windows dialog.
Let me know if that solves your concern.
Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Really sorry for the inconvenience you are facing here.
Does that happen every time your computer starts or everytime you launch Acrobat. ?If it happens just after the computer starts , I assume there might be some Incorrect Startup call configured on your Windows OS where your Computer searches for a Temp file / Corrupt file on Startup and try to launch it through Acrobat.
I would request you to kindly check the Startup programs on your computer and look for the suspected Startup Item /command that may be causing this.
here is how you can check that
On Win 10
1) Open Task Manager
2) Go to "Startup" tab and right click on the title bar to view the "Command Line" along with Name, Publisher, etc.
3) Look for the suspected Command with Adobe Acrobat and disable it
4) Restart your computer and check again. On Win 7
1) Press Win-r . In the "Open:" field, type msconfig and press Enter .
2) Click the Startup tab.
3) Uncheck the items you do not want to launch on startup.
4) When you have finished making your selections, click OK.
5) In the box that appears, click Restart to restart your computer.Let me know if disabling any of the avaiiable Suspected Startup programs helped you solve this issue ?
