(1.) Seeking this issue on all the commented pdf files stored in the Document Cloud.
(2.) All types of comments (underline, free hand, highlight, shapes etc.)
(3.) All PDFs regardless of size stored in the Cloud taking unusually long time to modify & sync changes across devices connected with the same Adobe ID despite high broadband connection speed.
(4.) Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2019.008.20071 running on my Windows 7 Ultimate laptop.
