Bookmarks missing in Acrobat DC but not Reader

I made a PDF with InDesign 15.0 and the bookmarks are missing in full Acrobat DC 2019.021.20056. However, the bookmarks do display ok in my wife's computer's copy of Acrobat Reader.

    Just added one document to a pdf and lost ALL my bookmark upon save!!!! And now it is not even letting me save bookmark any more!!! Please advise.

    To triage the issue further can you please help us with the PDF file on which you are using the issue.

    Also Can you please update to the latest version of Acrobat and check if the Issue is still repro at your end.
