    1. Can you please Update me to the your Acrobat version number, please update to latest if not already and then try if issue is still there
    2. If after performing the Step 1 issue exist then can you share me the SAMPLE FILES on which you are facing the issue.

    I Tried this at my end and Drag drop in Page Thumbnails panel in a pdf / across pdfs is working fine for me.

    Hi , Thanks for reaching out to us. For Re-Arranging the pages via thumbnail in PDF , please zoom a little bit pdf first and then after holding the shift you can drag the Pages in the thumbnail to any position you would like. I hope this will resolve your concern. Also you can use Organize pages App in Acrobat to do that more efficiently.

    Hi,

    If you wish to see the Save As dialog in Acrobat as per the “Save as ok” image shared by you, Kindly do as follows.
    1) Open Acrobat → Edit → Preferences → General
    2) Select the Checkbox “Show online storage when Saving files”

    Try to Save as any pdf and check that you’ll see this dialog.
    Let me know if that solves your concern.

    Also please let me know the current version of Acrobat DC that you are using.

    HI MB,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused at your end. Are you asking if we can change the Highlight color? We already have that functionality in the Acrobat in comment app.

    goto Comment app
    click on Highlight option
    choose color from color picker.
