Default Save As
DUPLICATE SUBMISSION WITH ATTACHMENT EXAMPLES
The Acrobat Reader DC basic version has a very helpful "Save as" function where it brings up a user friendly window with 4-5 recently used folders, as well as the option to then browse further for another folder if needed. the Adobe Acrobat DC PRO version has a very different, very limited "save as" usability, where it defaults to a temp internet folder (that i cannot even find), which i will almost certainly never use as well. As far as i can tell there is no way to set a different default save as location (like a folder with links to those recently used folders as a work around), nor does it allow the user to select a folder from a recently used list to save into, we currently need to manually navigate from the temp folder to the actual required save location, and when processing large numbers of PDF those 5-6, or more, extra clicks really add up and make it a not so user friendly product. I almost want to forfeit the PRO version, and revert to the basic version so i can process these documents easier.
Hi,
If you wish to see the Save As dialog in Acrobat as per the “Save as ok” image shared by you, Kindly do as follows.
1) Open Acrobat → Edit → Preferences → General
2) Select the Checkbox “Show online storage when Saving files”
Try to Save as any pdf and check that you’ll see this dialog.
Let me know if that solves your concern.
Also please let me know the current version of Acrobat DC that you are using.

I like the "save as bad". This way I can copy the folder location rather than having to click the "Choose a different Folder". Plus the "Save as OK" takes 10-20 seconds to load. The "Save as bad" loaded in 3-9 seconds and I could press CTRL+V to paste the location to save at same time it was loading and would save me time. Now time is being wasted waiting for the "Save As" to load for 10-20 seconds than having to click the different folder to load etc etc.

Good morning,
I dont seem to notice any change in save procedures upon un-checking "show online storage when saving files". I had also attempted un-checking "save as optimizes for fast web service" and "automatically save document changes to temp file every ___ min" as well under the documents preferences, also with no apparent change. It just always opens to that temporary folder first, which as noted, i have been unable to navigate to through "my computer" or "windows explorer"
I believe the version i am running is Adobe Acrobat DC version 2018.009.20044
