  1. Dialog/Info Box API display defects

    Bug Report - The text in these API's are stunningly useless to me. Check these screenshots and send this issue to someone who knows how to fix it. I've been dealing with this problem, and have tried to get it resolved, since day 1 of my purchase of Adobe Pro XI. My other Adobe products have some of these same defects in the API's. These boxes are unreadable. No adjustment to screen display or resolution or in the program preferences makes a bit of difference.

  2. trial version despite creative cloud subscription

    I have a creative cloud subscription but all my apps changed to "start 7-day trial" or "buy now". Even a complete uninstall of all apps and creative cloud app followed by a fresh install did not solve the problem. Also my Adobe Acrobat X has been uninstalled without my approval.

  4. Ctrl-F feature broken in new update

    When perusing a PDF file, using the Ctrl-F feature to search the file for a word or phrase causes the entire program to shut down completely. Started on new update yesterday for the PRO DC Version 17.012.20098 update.

  5. subscription

    I have been making monthly payment for Acrobat Pro DC since last April, but now it is telling me that my subscription have expired. My last payment was Sept 27th. I should not be getting this message, and I see no way to fix it.

  6. Too many similar products - very confusing.

    I don't understand the differences between Acrobat Pro, Acrobat DC and other (maybe?) similar products. I get confused over which features I have. I’m not even sure which license I have, because I used to have Acrobat X Pro, then I was upgraded to DC without knowing how or why or being given a choice or understanding what that meant. I’ve now had DC for quite a while, but when I logged into a different device, it wanted me to buy a license.

    Please straighten all this out and explain it so we can all understand what we have and…

  8. I GOT SCAMMED!!!!!

    I GOT SCAMMED!!! I have 6 people in my office that produce Civil Engineering and Design documents for Construction. When I contacted the sales department at Adobe and conveyed to them that I need two (2) licenses to be able to "float" amongst the six people in a similar fashion as Autodesk does with their various software packages. I was sold the Adobe DC package and told that other users could log in as long as the two licenses that were purchased were not occupied....that is not the case and I GOT SCAMMED!!! I am back to where I started…

  9. Acrobat Pro 8 Feature

    Hi Team,

    The functionality of PDF comparison that was available in Acrobat Pro 8 was great and would like to use the same, could you please guide, if we have license for Acrobat Pro DC then we could use the earlier version.

    Especially for textual comparison of pdfs.

  10. Problem: separate licenses needed for individual computers that dual-boot to Mac OS and Windows.

    Having to purchase separate licenses for a single computer running as a dual-boot environment is highly problematic.

    Only one licenses is used at a time!

  11. After MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 upgrade can no longer use Adobe Acrobat DC

    Upgraded to the MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and can no longer open any documents in Adobe or open Adobe Acrobat at all.

  12. Acrobat Pro Installer should identify error cause

    Downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro v. 17 purchased via order 142075619 on a MacPro desktop running OS 10.9.5 (Maverick). I used the serial number posted. Near the end of the installation process it says that it cannot be completed because of an error. But it does not explain what error it is. Checked disk for permission problems, tried again, same error. I am at a loss because the installer does not identify the error.
    Please advice how to proceed.

  14. Subscription & activation system is very very poor - wasted most of today with it

    I have a fully paid subscription with correct Visa card details - keeps telling me the TRIAL MODE has expired - logged in, logged out a million times - useless, absolutely useless - should get a refund to cover lost salary

  17. I just purchased CS6 Design & Web Premium but Acrobat Pro fails to install

    I just installed CS6 Design & Web Premium but Acrobat Pro fails to install - period. I've tried 4 times now with the same failure (see attached screenshot). The website says I have 90 days of "Chat and Phone support" - but the support website is in an infinite loop - you never get a button to "chat" and no phone number is ever offered. How do I get help getting this installed?

  18. Overly invasive

    Acrobat DC came pre-installed on my new computer at Christmas. I don't need to use it very often. However, when I do, my firewall software goes ballistic with requests from Acrobat for access to programs and resources I consider it has absolutely no business with. I am constantly denying requests. I have recently downloaded and I'm currently testing another PDF reader. Acrobat has become intolerable. Thanks, but no thanks. Sean

  19. Why Do I Have to Buy Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

    I am running Windows 10 and the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC was installed on my machine as an Update by Microsoft. I uninstalled it in error. Regardless, why would I have to buy Pro after the 7 day trial, when it was installed Free by Microsoft as part of Windows 10 update?
