Subscription & activation system is very very poor - wasted most of today with it
I have a fully paid subscription with correct Visa card details - keeps telling me the TRIAL MODE has expired - logged in, logged out a million times - useless, absolutely useless - should get a refund to cover lost salary
Marking this issue as resolved as there is no response from the user.
I purchased the Adobe Export PDF (on the 5/5/2018), Annual online, but am struggling with the setup, keep receiving an error message that I must renew the subscription again? to add spice to life, with the Microsoft annual renewal, the problem is tenfold worst? Please HELP! I'm nearing wits end ... I have a receipt of the pop etc please contact urgently
I am having the exact same issue. Lost 2 days trying to install, along with paying a computer tech for 3 hrs. I'm loosing money as we speak. Very poor.....

Exactly the same situation. My education license allows for 2 computers. The Adobe registration process really needs a simpler solution. I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription.

Can you please share which Acrobat DC subscription you have purchased Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard.
Are you using this on a Windows machine or a Mac machine
