  4. Bug Report: Not all content is captured when creating PDF from web page (SharePoint site)

When using Create>PDF from Web Page, it usually works fine. However, when I try to use this function on a SharePoint site, the right side of the page gets cut off. I have resized the page, and it makes no difference. It is not an issue with the width of the page. The right 1/3 of the content is obscured with a white bar, even if the page size is twice as wide as it needs to be. I have tried this with various SharePoint…

    Hi Frank

As communicated to you over email, the issue you are facing is a Mac OS issue and has nothing to do with Acrobat. So we are closing this case from our end.
Feel free to reopen a new case, if you face this issue with Acrobat.

    Thanks
    Tanvi

  9. Why is there a size restriction on PDF dimensions?
I have a fairly simple outdoor sign created in InDesign at 234" wide and when I make it into a pdf it is cut off.
Very annoying! It certainly has nothing to do with file size as the cut off PDF is less than 100K!!

  14. using the document cloud to convert the word doc to PDF, the page layout was messed up, there were blank pages in the pdf. Tables did not fit. It was not an exact copy of the word doc. However using the save as function on word gave the exact copy but of course without the hyperlinks

  15. This is a Bug Report
    Hi,
We are having multiple people at our organization having issues with the "Combine PDF" function when using Acrobat DC. When they combine anything (pdfs only, a mix of pdf and docx, pptx, etc) they will get the new document, but certain pages will be blanked out with all the original text deleted. All they get is the background image if there is one, but no text will remain. This seems to be a random occurance as it affects different files and different pages within these files.

As this is random, I cannot provide a…

  17. Adobe DC Pro stopped converting internal links (links from one worksheet to another within an Excel workbook) either in late December or early January 2018. However, links to external web locations such as http://www.cnn.com in Excel continue to work once the file is converted to Adobe PDF. I recommend you test that issue on your own computer. Open an Excel file with two tabs; Sheet1 and Sheet2. Create a hyperlink from Sheet1 to Sheet2 and a hyperlink from Sheet2 to Sheet1 and then convert the Excel file to Adobe Acrobat using the Acrobat Menu in Excel. You will realize that…

  18. Most of the time, I've had no trouble with conversions of scientific graphics in Microsoft Word to the corresponding PDF images. This time it was really messed up! I've attached the Acrobat DC conversion and a similar conversion with another PDF converter program. The latter was a faithful translation of the Word image.

    Can this be fixed?

  20. I am going through the process of combining multiple PDF's into one using the same process I've always used and for some reason, all I get is the right number of documents, but they are all duplicates of the first file on the list. Any suggestions?
