  1. Using the February 9th version of Adobe Acrobat DC, when I try to add a signature from image in Fill and Sign the image is pixelated and blurry. When I do this on the document cloud, the image is full resolution. Can you fix the bug on the Fill & Sign tool so that we can insert images as signatures at full resolution on the desktop app.

    1. Was it working correctly before the Feb 9th Upgrade?
    2 Your OS details.
    3. What kind of image are you working on? Eg : PNG, BMP etc.
    4. It will be great if you can share a sample image with us.

  2. I am trying to use Acrobat Fill and Sign feature to send documents to clients for signature. I go to send them and I get "Invalid JSON" as an error message. It kills to progress to the Fill and Sign process and brings me back to a fresh document. I am using this file created in Acrobat.

    I add two email addresses, add my own form language for the email description and body as I need to give info on other processes, and then click Continue and it gives the error message

    Thanks for reporting the issue and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I tired locally and was successfully able to send the file for Signature. Could you please confirm the following :

    1. Do you see the same error with every PDF file or with this file only?
    2. Do you observe the error with this file when you do not change the subject/body with your own language?
    3. Also are you using English or some other language for Subject/Body? Did you use any special characters?

  3. As we need to put company stamp on big documents having 100+ pages so we had made an image file and added in Fill & sign section but since it doesn't have option to insert the stamp on all pages of documents it results in time taking job.
    So, i request you to look out for solution & add the required update in the Acrobrat DC

    Thanks for sharing the issue details. Requesting you to please provide the following :

    1. Go to Help > Check for Updates. Please update to the latest version if not already done.
    2. When do you encounter this error? Can you share detailed steps?
    3. Does this happen with every PDF or specific PDF?

  5. Fill and sign has recently started freezing the whole application. Gets worse when adding text in the fill and sign tool.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide the following details :

    1. Does the app freezes when you try Fill and Sign with all PDF files or specific PDF files. If possible can you please share a sample PDF.
    2. Did you try using Comments/Edit after opening the PDF?
    3. Once the application freezes, open task manager and go to Acrobat.exe process, right click and create a process dump. Kindly share that with us.

  6. WHEN SIGNED FILES ARE SEARCH UNDER MANAGE WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND THEM. WE ACTUALLY HAVE TO FIND THEM MANUALLY WITH THE DATE IF SIGNATURE

  7. Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for quality control, after completing Step 2 of adding signature blocks prior to sending. Example: I built out the signature piece and wanted to SAVE it for Review with my client of where to sign BEFORE I sent it to client for signatures. I was unable to do either of these. As a result, I felt nervous sending the document out to client because I was forced to send it directly after my first pass of prepping for signatures. I tried to create a template and that was…

    Can you please provide the following details :

    1. Please ensure you are on the latest version of Acrobat. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
    2. Is the issue reproducible for all PDF’s or some specific PDF. If possible can you please share a sample file.
    3. Are you shown any error? can you provide a snapshot of the same.

  9. The new "Fill and Sign experience" being tested is a total fail. The Sign Yourself button is completely unresponsive and my saved signatures and initials are no longer available. The test has rendered Adobe Pro unusable for e-signing documents myself.

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Can you please provide us the following details :

    1. Does this issue happens with all PDF files or some specific PDF file. If possible can you please share a sample PDF with us.
    2. Details of your OS.
    3. Does Application goes to Not responding when you click on the Sign yourself button? You can follow the steps at : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html to generate the dump files.
    4. Are you not able to create a new signature/initial from the sign yourself drop down?
    5. It will be great if you can share a screenshot/video demonstrating the issue.

  10. After I fill in and sign the document, it won't save. The circle just spins forever until I eventually give up. Now I have to physically print the document and then scan it in, very frustrating and costing me time.
