Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for QC, after completing Step 2 prior to sending
Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for quality control, after completing Step 2 of adding signature blocks prior to sending. Example: I built out the signature piece and wanted to SAVE it for Review with my client of where to sign BEFORE I sent it to client for signatures. I was unable to do either of these. As a result, I felt nervous sending the document out to client because I was forced to send it directly after my first pass of prepping for signatures. I tried to create a template and that was equally worrisome - it did not appear to retain all the fields I had created.
ALSO, when Adobe Sign imported my PDF document, three check boxes were unchecked/lost in the upload. They were on my master document on the server and not in the uploaded version for signature. Highly problematic as I could not figure out how to recheck the boxes once uploaded to Adobe Sign and going through the Signature process.
Unfortunately, I cannot share the PDF document because it contains personal identity information throughout.
