For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Request e-signate button in browser does not work. I tried to contact Adobe support 4 times already, they all are useless. Nobody willing to fix the issue or they say the issue will be fixed and nothing happens. That is the worst experience I ever had communicating with you. That kind of support not acceptable

  4. Whenever I am sending a file to be e-signed, the email i initially type in will disappear from the field once I go to type in the person's name! PLEASE FIX THIS! This bug has been happening to myself and coworkers for months now.

  6. I just spent 30 minutes manually typing emails into the bulk send screen only to have an error wipe out all of my work. Is there some reason you can't save a DRAFT of our work so I don't have to start from scratch?

    Docusign does this.

    Is there no way to upload a list of recipients instead of having to manually type them in?

  7. Adobe eSignature continues to send emails with document to be signed AFTER we have received the signed document. This is happening days and weeks after we no longer need the signature. How do I stop this from happening. It is annoying enough that I'm prepared to go to a different auto signature application.

  9. There is something wrong with your "initials" for contracts. The client is trying to do it, but when it comes back to me the signatures are there, but the spots for initials are blank/missing.

  10. The reason for subscribing to the Adobe individual plan was to collect e-signatures for consulting agreements.
    I downloaded the desktop application to be able to prepare documents for e-signature, but I ran into multiple issues & clients were unable to sign and there were issues with the date.
    When I was at my wit's end, I decided to test out the adobe online platform to see if that worked any better. Thankfully it did.
    I think there needs to be some major improvements to the adobe acrobat desktop application - especially with the request e-signatures processes.

  17. I'm having trouble with the "Request e-signatures" using Acrobat Pro on the web. A support rep helped me resolve the issue but said I'll need to use my desktop instead. My desktop doesn't allow for the use of a template without overriding the customizations such as the file name. This means I'll be adding custom fields each time I need to send the same document to people, whereas before I could customize a template that I had already set up the fields in. This is inefficient.     We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
