Acrobat Pro Web App Glitch & Desktop Inefficient
I'm having trouble with the "Request e-signatures" using Acrobat Pro on the web. A support rep helped me resolve the issue but said I'll need to use my desktop instead. My desktop doesn't allow for the use of a template without overriding the customizations such as the file name. This means I'll be adding custom fields each time I need to send the same document to people, whereas before I could customize a template that I had already set up the fields in. This is inefficient. The web app issue that I had to reach out to suppoirt for is the inability to delete text in the Message field during the final Review & Send step. I can add text but not delete it. The support rep coun;dn't delete the text either.
