1. Death by a Thousand Paper Cuts.

   Let me first say that I LOVE Adobe products. I have used Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and even Flash back in the day.

   My experience with something as seemingly simple as Adobe Sign... has been horrific so far. I'm an entrepreneur, and all I wanted to do yesterday was send a test document to sign so I could see how it worked, and then send a contract to one of my first clients.

   It's now day two, and I still can't get it to work. One, the service is buried, so it took me a while to figure out how to even access Adobe Sign. I didn't know if it was an app I downloaded or only available online. I did find it once, created a test document to sign, put in signature fields and date fields with the tools, and sent it to two of my emails as a test. Only one email received it (I quadruple-checked the spelling and my inbox and my spam). On top of that, when I opened the document that did get properly emailed, there was no way for me to sign it.

   Adobe.com is constantly opening new tabs every time I click on any link, so in my search to figure out what I did wrong, looking for documentation on how this worked, I must have navigated away from the Document Cloud (which I didn't realize at the time what that even was).

   I couldn't remember where I accessed that Adobe Sign area, but everywhere I looked, Adobe.com was telling me I needed to buy it. "But... I just used it. You're telling me I need to buy it? I'm logged in. It should know I already have this." I tried to find where it said that Adobe Sign was included in my subscription (which I did EVENTUALLY find). I didn't know if this was a glitch or I'd somehow activated a demo and it wasn't really included. I contacted customer support, got bounced through five people who all thought it was someone other specialist's problem. By the time I actually got to the final person, I'd finally figured out that it's listed under web apps, and that I DID have it, but it still didn't explain why adobe.com was still trying to get me to pay more money for something I already had.

   The tech specialist gave me some resources (which were helpful). He explained there were two ways to access Adobe Sign. He asked if this was helpful and solved my problem. I honestly didn't know if it had or not. There were too many problems to even know what to ask at this point. He asked if he could close my case, so I said sure because I assumed he didn't want to sit there and wait for me to read everything.

   The documentation started out great! Until it started referencing menus and screens that I had not seen, and could not find anywhere. It talked about the importance of setting up your profile and settings in the beginning, but not where I needed to actually go to access them. My screen looked completely different, with fewer options than what was in the documentation. Were they on a desktop app? Was this a difference between Mac and PC? Was this online? Were these settings specifically for Sign or generally for my Adobe account? I looked everywhere I could think to. Nada. I still have no idea where those settings are. They looked important too--things like setting up my signature, timezone, stuff like that.

   I spent my whole day wrestling with this. Today, I woke up determined to tackle it. "I don't need to know everything there is to know about Adobe Sign. I just need to do another test, get that to work, repeat on my contract, and send it to the client. I can do this."

   But now, when I try to sign a document (which, by the way, if I need to sign it and the client needs to sign it, why are there only two options for if I need to OR if I need someone else to sign? Why isn't there an option for us both to sign?) I just get endless "Loading Adobe Sign..." and the spinning wheel of death, which has been spinning the entire duration of while I wrote this up (and I did try things like closing all other adobe tabs, restarting Chrome, restarting my computer). This experience has been like a death by a thousand paper cuts. I KNOW it shouldn't be this difficult. My stepdad talks about how easy it is to use--that's how I found out about it. But here I am midway through day 2, infinitely frustrated, and rapidly losing confidence that I can even use this product.

3. 'Re-Send' feature

   A 're-send' function would be fantastic. We get a lot of requests to re-send documents, having to go through the whole process again for the same documents/recipients can begin to take up a lot of time.

4. Non funziona

   Non riesco a compilare e firmare il contratto, mi si apre una pagina bianca con una rotella che gira all'infinito e la scritta "caricamento adobe sign in corso". Peccato però che dopo ore non abbia ancora caricato nulla.

6. ability to do additional invoices without going back to main page

   When using the send for signature feature it would be handy to be able to send the next invoice without having to select document cloud and then send for signature again.

7. 10 Mb per document is not enough

   I am getting very poor results from signing contracts and am preparing to abandon adobe pro dc altogether to find a program that allows me to send more than a 10 mb document. Please advise if you can fix this.

8. New features

   The Acrobat DC app is missing a few key elements that the web version has. The ability to remind customers at specific times and the option to hide agreements.

   It would also be nice if we have an option for both web and app to organize agreements by folders you created. I use this app to have my clients sign tickets that I do and if I could sort out by folders it would make it a lot more easier to navigate.

   Also, reminders do not show up in activity and I think that needs to be added as well. As I do not want to send multiple reminders on a single day.

   Lastyly, some of my clients like to make notes on the ticket as well and if they were able to access some kind of note taking from within the signature panel. I've tried experimenting with adding a note text box when sending out for a signature but because the box is not labeled and is a solid color it tends to overlay some vital information.

9. Won't stay logged in

   It's really nice to see all the pretty pictures when I log in, thanks so much, it really helps the functionality of your product. If you aren't too busy with fascinating art, could you look into the reason why the "stay logged in" feature doesn't work on my Windows 10 Pro PC? It would also be convenient if when I sort the pile of forms, they remain in the sorted order, rather than me having to re-sort them every single time I log in.

11. New Adoobe Sign UI is awful - sending templates is so much harder to do than it should be

    It needs to be easier to send a template document for signature. It used to be very quick and simple. Now you have to go to documents>templates>[click a template]>use template OR documents>all agreements>[status changed to library document]>Search specific fields>[find the template>send.
    This just isn't suitable.
    It is nonsensical to not be able to select a template when you click any of the 'Request Signatures' or 'Fill & sign' options throughout the site.

    Very frustrated at how bad this UI and user journey is.

12. New Adobe Sign is abysmal - go back to old version

    Every time you make a change to Adobe Sign it becomes less and less user friendly.
    It is now practically unusable and we will be looking to move to a different provider at the end of our contract unless it is rectified to be user friendly. We have been with you for years, but this is just impossible to work with.
    Just go back to the original format, it was easy, convenient, quick and simple to use. All you have done is make it worse with every update.
    Or give people the option to use the classic mode, as default. No one likes the updates!

13. Design change

    The new changes to the desktop and location of all functions is horrible. You keep changing thing in the name of improvements. But what you customers can function or use your product because of you changes I believe your going the wrong direction!!

15. Stop changing ****!

    Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

16. Library Documents not appearing on Request Signature pop-up window

    With the new updated layout, I can no longer select library documents when trying to request a signature, which is the tool/function I use most often. I had to upload a random file, to get the the normal request signature page, I then deleted the random file and added a new file from my Library. Could you add the Library Documents tab to this new window (see image attached)? It would make this whole process way simpler. It seems like it's supposed to be there but it isn't.

18. switch it back!

    This is awful! what did you do? I cant find half my files! Why do you keep trying to fix things that are not broken?

    On a normal day I create a contract in 5 min or less. Every time you change the interface there are problems! It takes me the whole day with multiple calls to try and figure out 1 contract! Just stop already.

    If you want to know how to offer a better service, just leave it alone, and keep the service affordable. End Rant

20. NEW FORMAT IS HORRIBLE.

    Send for signature does not work. Please change me back to the previous format immediately. I am not impressed. This is a huge waste of time.
