  1. It would be nice to filter agreements by the varying Statuses (i.e. Signed, Out For Signature, Expired, etc.)

    Hello Matt,

It is possible to filter agreements based on their different statuses, such as "Signed," "Out For Signature," "Expired," and so on. The Adobe Acrobat Sign user interface provides a variety of status categories along the left rail of the Manage page, allowing users to sort and view agreements by their current status. These statuses include "In Progress," "Waiting for You," "Completed," "Canceled," "Expired," and "Draft". Additionally, there are template "parent" objects, such as "Templates," "Web Forms," and "Send in Bulk," which are used to produce high volumes of individual agreements. Users can also filter for content shared to them from other user accounts.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

  2. Bonjour, il serait bien d'avoir l'option de voir les signatures envoyées en attente d'une réponse. Cela permettrait de faire de meilleur suivi

    Hello Josianne,

    This feature has been implemented!

Please follow these instructions to find the information you require:

    1. On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
    2. Click "All" under Agreements
    3. Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
    4. On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
    5. You will find the "Recipients" and "Activity" areas where the requested information will be displayed

Let us know if there's anything else we can help with.

    Thanks,

  3. I'm using Google Chrome to access my Adobe Documents. There is no vertical scroll bar available so that I ca scroll down the list of folders or files. Strange. Can this feature be added for ease of navigation?

  4. The one thing I use most in the Document Cloud is the Send & Track. Since the site redesign, that's the one thing I can't easily find, and it takes several more clicks to accomplish the same thing I used to do in 1-2 clicks. I'm not a fan of the redesign.

We’ve added a Share Files and Send for Review quick start buttons in DC Home to make it easier to upload and send files.

  5. When a document is shared for review by inviting others, there is no option for the review owner to later get the URL that was previously shared.

For reviews sent through an invitation, you’ll now see a “copy review link” option. With the review option, click on the three dots to the right of the download icon to see the option. You can also get to it from the Shared for Review list by selecting the review in the list.

  6. Your new system for uploading files to share is awful. So much more complex, so many more steps, not intuitive, right now the "create link" button is useless. I'll give it until the end of this week, but then if this doesn't improve I'll be cancelling my account and moving to something that makes sens - like Adobe Send used to make sense.
