  2. My credit card was improperly billed. I was not informed I would be billed for the product but I just saw Adobe * Stock charge of $31.53 which I would like refunded. I do not wish to use the app if I have to pay for it. Thanks!

  5. Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank you for your permanent efforts to bring to us new useful features!.
Secondly, I want to share with you my feedback regarding Adobe Reader app, which I’m using on Iphone 6s.
I noticed that after your last upgrade when I scroll upwards automatically the upper bar shows up (the bar containing the search tool, view settings..). It’s really annoying that every time I scroll up this bar shows and hides the upper part of the page I’m reading (the screen isn’t big anyway..). In previous versions this wasn’t the situation; I…

Hi – We fixed this in a recent update. You can now use the tap gesture to show / hide the chrome and there is no auto-hiding. Hope you like it! Really appreciate both the positive and constructive feedback!

  6. When I create/export a PDF, I want to know how much longer the operation will take. Is there no timer feature?

  7. I have to click so many buttons to enter commenting mode.
This was easier in the previous app. Isn't there a shortcut way to enter commenting mode?

In the latest version, you can add comments quicker as follows:

    1. Tap and hold on a word. A menu will appear allowing you to highlight, strikethrough, or underline the selection. You can adjust the selection before choosing a comment type.

    2. Tap and hold in an empty area of the PDF. A menu will appear allowing you to add text, a note, or drawing.

We hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other issues or feedback.

  8. I am unable to jump between different names quickly.
Can you please add this feature back asap?

We restored the index control for the file browser in Acrobat Reader 18.10.01 (released on October 23, 2018).

Would you please update to the latest Acrobat Reader?

Please note that the index control is visible only when the file browser is sorted by Name (not by Date). Because the Home Recent screen displays files that are sorted by Date, the index control will not be available.

You can go to Files > Locations > On This iPhone/iPad, Document Cloud, or Dropbox and switch to “Sort by Name”.

    Hope this helps.

  9. With the change to 18.09.13, the night mode viewing option is no longer available iPad - please reinstate this much used feature ( and which is still avialble on Android 18.3)

Thank you for the feedback! We added night mode before iOS added “smart invert colors”. We removed night mode because we thought that our implementation was duplicating OS functionality. We heard loud and clear that users wanted Night Mode, so we added it back in a recent release.

  10. As of today, there are 1,834 feature requests and bug reports in the desktop version, and none here for the iOs version. It feels like the desktop version is being hamstrung by what is possible through the web browser. Personally (and I am not alone in this), I would like full functionality in the desktop version, where I actually do my work, as opposed to very limited functionality on the iOS and Document Cloud web sides of things. Why do all the interfaces have to match? Why can't we as users just get the features that we ask for? Your…

    Hi all,

We would like to handle bug reports and feature requests separately (not collectively). Because it is not possible to address all of them at once and track the status under this suggestion.

Please create new suggestions with specific topics that you care about the most so that other users can vote for them.

    Thank you for your feedback.
