1. The app keeps crashing. ALL MY EXISTING COMMENTS ON A PDF GOT DELETED . HOW RIDICULOUS

   I was using this app for editing my pdf and suddenly all my comments disappeared !! This is the third time this is happening. Should have never used this app after the first tim it crashed.

6. Since the last update (Oct 29 2019) my standing order is ignored.

   I have a standing order for €9.99/m that is always paid on time (paypal). Since last update I cannot use the extras (converting pdf files to word, organising pages in pdf files, exporting them, etc.) that I am paying for. App on iPad says I have to buy that feature. So I cancelled the subscription to rebuy it and was informed that the new subscription will start on Nov 21 when the old one has run out. Nonetheless you will not let me use the extras I am paying for. Very frustrating. Thanks for your help in advance.

8. Password (encrypted) function on fikes

   Files, especially of comments and notes were made need a ******* password that is encrypted via fingerprint etc to make sure ppl don’t have access to your data or insights.... my name is Dion Howard, credit me when u use this . It’s a way Adobe doesn’t have to use a third party , just create the **** codec to fit your product. Call me the designer of the new function. I’m from Los Angeles

9. App keeps crashing

   I deleted all the recent files then suddenly the app crashed and it kept crashing after restarting the device. I use my Ipad pro exclusively for studying. Now I had to reinstall the app and lost a lot of files as I couldn’t save the documents to cloud. Waste of money?

10. Keeps crashing after updating to version 19.10.00

    Having just upgraded to version 19.10.00 of Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF today I cannot open any pdf file as the application crashes persistently soon after opening. I am using a 6th Generation iPad running iPadOS 13.1.2.

11. HIGH CONTRAST COLORS OR INVERT COLORS

    IT WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL IF YOU WOULD HAVE OPTIONS FOR HIGH CONTRAST OR INVERT COLORS ON YOUR VIEW MENU OR AT LEAST AN OPTION FOR A BLACK BACKGROUND PAGE. ALSO, ANOTHER VIEWING ISSUE- TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE COLORS FOR MENU ITEMS AND FONTS ON THE PROGRAM OR AT LEAST BE ABLE TO CHANGE SKINS. I HAVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY EDEMA IN SHORT I CANT SEE LIGHT COLORED TYPE (WHICH IS USUALLY A FAINT GREEN OR YELLOW) ON A BRIGHT GLOWING WHITE BACKGROUND. SO BECAUSE i HAVEN'T FOUND A WAY TO CHANGE COLORS, I CAN'T USE ACROBAT TO VIEW. I HAVE HIGH CONTRAST COLORS SET UP IN MY COMPUTER SETTINGS BUT IT HAS NO EFFECT ON CERTAIN PROGRAMS AND ACROBAT IS ONE OF THEM. LUCKILY, I FOUND ONE FREE VIEWER THAT HAS THE OPTION TO INVERT COLORS ON THE VIEWING MENU CALL EVINCE BY GNOME. IF I HADN'T HAVE FOUND IT, I REALLY COULDN'T FUNCTION IN DAY TO DAY COMPUTER TASKS LIKE SIMPLY PAYING BILLS OR GOING OVER BANKING TRANSACTIONS AND WOULD BE VERY TIME CONSUMING TO SAY THE LEAST.

14. Commenting with pen improvement

    When the apple pencil is connected, the only way for me to rest my palm and comment is to use the pencil, undo my change and then rest my palm and write, it would be a lot better if the app had pen support just like the notes app, scroll with hand, write with pencil.

15. Request default open to feature

    I am using iPhone X, iOS 12.4. After the last acrobat update, the app opens to the last folder used. I would like to see an option to set a default “open to” location or file. I have extensive medical issues and keep a medical records file in acrobat. I have my medical ID set to say “see medical records in acrobat app”. It would be nice if acrobat would open directly to the folder or file. I regrettably just updated to iOS 13 and having issues all over the iPhone. Thankfully no issues with acrobat. Thank you.

17. All files now display as inverted black and white

    I am running iOS 12.4.1 on an iPhone 7Plus with Adobe Acrobat App version 19.07.00 (20190719.193727). I have attempted to delete and reinstall the app with no success.
    All of my files now only display in inverted black & white. There are no colors. This appeared a few versions ago. I’ve been hoping that updating my OS and the app would resolve the issue but to no avail. I have reviewed all possible settings and nothing pops out. This just started happening one day.

18. accessing PDF file from onedrive in Adobe app

    im opening pdf file from onedrive in adobe app, but it wont remember the last viewed page, when i close the app.
    the only thing that happens is that its starting from page 1
