2. Find in document doesn’t work

   The app doesn't recognize any text in few documents in app but the desktop version easily does that. Other pdf reader including ibook were able to read and find the text in that particular document. But the adobe reader wasn't able to that. Few of the such documents were converted to pdf. However, the app is up to date.

6. Replacing older versions of same document way too complicated/difficult on iPad 4th Generation

   I have three iPads, an iPad 2, and iPad Mini, and an iPad Mini Fourth-Generation. The problem I am about to describe only exists on the iPad Mini Fourth-Generation. PLEASE fix it.
   The problem is that I frequently update saved PDF files with newer versions of themselves. On my other two iPads, whenever I move or share a new version of an existing PDF to Adobe from an email attachment or from another program on my iPad, the program puts the new file into the top folder level of "On This Ipad" and when I attempt to move it from there to the subfolder where its predecessor version is filed, it recognizes the prior existing copy (because it has the exact same file name) and asks if I want to replace it. If I say yes, it simply eliminates the prior version (which makes life easy).
   Unfortunately, it does not work in that simple and quick way on the iPad Mini Fourth-Generation. On that iPad, while you can move or share a new revised version of a file to the top level of Adobe's "On This IPad" (coming either from another app or coming from an email attachment), if you try to move it from there to the Adobe sub-folder where it's older counterpart exists in order to replace it, it will not do it in a way which eliminates the need to go back and manually delete either the old file or a duplicate version of the new one. The problem arises regardless of whether you "move" or "share" the new file to get it out of "On This Ipad." If you click on "Move", Adobe will delete it from the top "On This Ipad" level, but will create a duplicate of the file (followed by the added designation of "(1)" at the end of the file name in the desired sub-folder, and will not replace or delete the older version you want to eliminate. If, on the other hand, you try to use "share" to move the file from "On This IPad" to the desired sub-folder, it will indeed give you the option to actually replace the older no-longer-wanted version of the file in the sub-folder, BUT it will leave an unwanted duplicate copy of the file up at the top "On This IPad" level which you then have to go back and delete.
   Since these laborious requirements are not present on your other iPad versions of Adobe, I am begging you to fix the version you have for the iPad Mini Fourth Generation so it will work as quickly and simply as the others to replace earlier versions of the same files.

7. Open Hyperlinks

   Acrobat on Mac OS opens hyperlinks fine in PDFs. Acrobat in iOS does not (neither on iPad or iPhone). I have to save a PDF in iBooks to be able to click on hyperlinks. Can this be fixed?

10. text recognition by rows

    I bought addition to app so I could send pdf's as doc or xls. App recognizes text to by column not as row. Each line should be exported as individual row not all information at one column to one cell (excel)

11. Can’t convert into pdf.

    After paid quite expensive , I found out it couldn’t convert into pdf. file and very disappointed because app couldn’t help anything convert file in docx so bad quality. I need a refund or dispute charge on my credit card Thank you

13. Downloads keep disappearing (bug)

    I have several PDF files stored in Document Cloud and I want to access some of them on Acrobat Reader on several iPads, offline.
    So, I locate the files, tap on the little cloud icon, the files download but after a few minutes or if I restart the iPad, the downloads disappear and I have to re-download them.

    Some info about my setup:

    • CC suite is being used on two Macs.
    • The latest Acrobat Reader app has been downloaded on several up to date iPads, under 2-3 Apple IDs, and all are logged in and able to access the Document Cloud files.
    • All the iPads have plenty of free storage.
    • I have tried to remove Acrobat's access to iCloud drive, to no effect.
    • The PDF files are about 10-20MB each
    • I am trying to download about 30 of them for offline viewing

    Any help?

    P.S. What is the purpose of the "On this iPad" tab, if not displaying the downloaded PDF files?

    Dear Adobe

    I am a user of your Adobe Reader on my Ipad, gradually moving all material from Ibooks to Adobe reader, primarily because of the Reader’s superior folder structure. Now I am faced with a problem. The main body of an old book, dated 1563, as obtained from the Utrecht university library, is visible in Ibooks but not in Adobe Reader. The link to that book is:

    I have tried many ways to get it readable in Adobe Reader:
    -sharing the pdf of that book in Ibooks with Adobe Reader,
    -straightaway from the Utrecht university site using Safari,
    -sending the Ibooks to myself by email follwed by storing the email attachment in Adobe Reader.
    None of these worked.
    Can you advice me on how to get the book visible in Adobe Reader?
    My Reader version is 19.03.00 (20190312.152237)
    My Ipad: 6th generation, 2018, IOS 12.1.4
