Cannot create pdf file at all

When I try to create a file it keeps taking me to subscription payment when I already paid and I cannot create a file

My exact question. So what are we paying for in the yearly subscription fee if needing To purchase another monthly adobe app for another 9.99 per month on top of the 26.00 yearly subscription fee I’m already paid for !?
