Renewed membership yesterday but was charged 3 times instead of once. I believe this occurred because I my account kept showing expired
I believe this problem occurred because I repeatedly opened a doc as a pdf and each time it showed my account expired. As a result. It appears I made 3 payments instead of the single renewal fee. If that the case can the additional charges be refunded. Thank you. I’ve had this problem on prior occasions as well.
