  1. Renewed membership yesterday but was charged 3 times instead of once. I believe this occurred because I my account kept showing expired

    I believe this problem occurred because I repeatedly opened a doc as a pdf and each time it showed my account expired. As a result. It appears I made 3 payments instead of the single renewal fee. If that the case can the additional charges be refunded. Thank you. I’ve had this problem on prior occasions as well.

    Hi I am busy with a divorce. Now the mail address listed is going to my husband? It is a huge problem because there are sensitive info that he will be able to see. How can you help me to change my old e-mail address to my new e-mail address?

  7. Don’t flush cache for Dropbox files

    For files in Dropbox, there is an icon with a cloud and an arrow pointing downwards, which allows me to download a offline copy that I can open later. This feature is similar to that of the iOS built-in “Files” app. However, for certain large pdf files, the Acrobat app sometimes re-displays the cloud icon next to the file’s name after certain period of time, requiring users to download it again (but being large is exactly why I need an offline copy!). The built-in “Files” app never does that; it seems to be keeping downloaded files for much longer time,…

  11. Prendre un instantané impossible sur ipad

    It is impossible to « take a picture » in a pdf document on ipad (in the french version it is called « prendre un instantané » on PC).

    Please add this function very usefull on the ios version !!! I use it a lot to prepare power point presentation from scientific publications, not to extract text but to extract a snapshot of a graph or a picture.

  13. “define” feature doesn’t appear after selecting word

    After I select the word to be define, the only thing that pops up is “Note Text Freehand”. I’m sure it’s somtjing simple I’m not doing, but would really appreciate the help.

  14. I want my money back. I did not want to purchase any adobe software

    My credit card was improperly billed. I was not informed I would be billed for the product but I just saw Adobe * Stock charge of $31.53 which I would like refunded. I do not wish to use the app if I have to pay for it. Thanks!

  15. cant find my orginial Adobe Acct from 2015

    My brand new HP and my Iphone6 were linked together my Adobe account , Microsoft had no problems updating & or installing apps at their leasure and I had that is had Adobe DC . I said had do to a forced reset of any & all of my electronic devices . My personal, finanical , Family pics and me & my fathers DNA results .
